Guys were super helpful and kindly took the time to explain bitcoin vs. bitcoin cash to me. They responded to all my email queries, I can be an anxious person due to being autistic and having adhd. Can’t recommend Nkd Extracts enough, my order arrived when they said it would and by special delivery. Will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered Friday morning arrived the next day, really good quality product. Ive tried a lot of different brand vapes and these are some of the best out there. happy to find a company like this in the UK. Can’t wait to try more!

Ordered and paid 08/10/23. Item arrived 18/10/23. Was told the week after ordering that the shatter pods were out of stock but they sent me a distillate vape pen instead. I didn’t really mind what I got tbh but at least they let me know. Packaging is good and delivered special delivery. Recommend to ask for stock availability before ordering for a smooth process.

As a first time buyer I was sceptical of the products and delivery process. In both cases I have been overly impressed. Fantastic top quality products with next day delivery. I in no doubt would recommend.

Got deleted only because asked few times about my delivery as they ignored me for two days and then also received not what I ordered. If they didn't have it, they should've let me know instead of sending me something else. When contacted them about it, ignored me since then. Not recommending this company....

I would like some advice as my vape is charging but still flashing, what does this mean and how can I fix it

Been using these guys since the start of the year, I've never once had an issue, if Ive had a faulty pod I've been given a replacement after speaking directly through wickr. They send the package out near enough same day or the next day unless their is a problem such as missed the post office 5pm dead line or something is out of stock etc.

However when ordering it states what is a pre order and what is not, people need to understand these guy package the product not manufacturer it. It comes from some where else if that factory had delays that is out of the NKD teams hands. Patience is a virtue. If you can't wait and their is something else in stock reply back to the order email you received and ask to swap it and they'll do it. These people aren't out here scheming they actually are helpful. Anyway enough about them let's talk products.

I've tried everything they have to offer except new shatter pods as it's still in production ATM.

The distillate is a straight 1 hit yahyahyah!
Biscotti, gelato and skittles are my top 3 flavs of the distillate. In shatter pod the gelato biscotti and banana Mac ! My god that Mac is the let's head of to nini town! Hands down best to have a relaxing sleep.

I can't fault their products in fact it's so good I've got other people buying from here. I can genuinely say these guys are making recreational activities more fun!

The team isn't a big team so bare that in mind. Usually they respond with in a day. And if it's delayed they'll holla you.

I'm currently expecting a runtz cart!!!! Can't wait

Also don't be Nico! He lost out ahaha man lost his patience and lost out on what is possibly the best way to enjoy bud without the drama and uncertainty!

Bought a shatter pod and they said it was on pre-order and would be 2-4 weeks...2 months later I'm still waiting. Emailed several times asking for an update and out of like 10 emails sent, only 1 got a reply saying they are still waiting for devices from China. During this time they updated the website to show distillate is in stock, I asked for a distillate to be sent instead as the wait time for the pod had already been ridiculously long, they told me to reply to my original order email and i did but still no confirmation on if that request was honoured, sent a follow up email asking for an update or refund and still heard nothing back. I had previously given them a great review as before everything ran clockwork and I was impressed but it seems like some sort of reverse karma is taking place 😂

As of right now, the service has been non existent and I feel I have just threw £80 in the bin. I have all the emails ive sent and the couple of replys from them and proof of purchase if anyone wants to see and I'd challenge them to provide proof they have done anything more than what I've stated.

I'll update this review if this issue gets resolved and I ever receive anything but as of right now I've pretty much given up expecting any kind of package from them. Really dissapointing as the previous couple times I bought the pods, I received them with no issue within a couple days but now it seems as if they have just stopped sending product out but still taking payment. Can't say I'd use them again unless I get confirmation that I'm being sent something very soon or a refund as at the time if writing I have paid them for something that I don't think will ever come and zero reasurance or communication on what's going on.

Edit: So they have deactivated my account and although they claim they will still send my product I am doubtful and not expecting anything. They claim they have replied to me several times but this is false. I had one email to say they are still waiting on devices when I emailed them a week after the estimated date just asking for an update (which I think is fair) and then 1 month after the estimated time when I asked for a distillate in its place they replied to me asking to email back to the original order email. As I said I have proof of this and would challenge them to provide proof they have done more than this as they haven't. Now instead of admitting g thier shortcomings they are trying to justify the terrible service with "dont pre order if you don't want to wait" sorry, but you said I'd wait 2-4 weeks, not months. Your communication is lacking and the only time I've had a genuine informative reply is on Trust pilot after calling you out and instead of taking responsibility you've deactivated my account and probably won't send anything at all. Fake as fake gets...again, anyone that is unsure who is telling the truth here, message me and I'll forward you everything so you can see exactly what this "company" is.

Edit 2: So fair is fair and I'll update to let you know that the distillate came in place of the pods just a few days after all this so I apologise for doubting anything would come. Product itself is really good and can't fault the product, its good stuff. Service though needs improving, and just banning people that have had a bad experience with you and voiced opinions is just childish and unprofessional. Something goes wrong at somepoint during long periods of return custom so continue this way and you'll run yourself out of business.

Just wanted to reassure anyone reading these guys are great. I got a Skittlez distillate and it's just a good as any we've had from the states.

The communication is excellent, as is the delivery it arrived registered post the next day.

Go ahead an order with confidence.

Enjoyed their products so far. Rechargeable vape is very convenient, currently using the biscotti distillate which i can atest is TT 10/10. Quick question how long does the vape take to recharge and how will you know when it's done? Looked all over the website but I couldn't find info about it, something they could improve on in the future.

I bought the shatter pen from this company, it broke in 2 weeks and I let them know. I have been told there are no refunds and my account is being deleted from their system. Avoid like the plague!

Brilliant, ordered 2 pods in the black friday sale. Exactly as advertised and they turned up exactly when I was told then would. I can't fault these guys, there offering a great product and a great service. Don't be hesitant and just give them a go, you won't regret it

Best carts ive had yet. Not had a bad one yet. Forbidden fruits and wedding cake are personal favourites both have great flavour and smack hard. Order and delivery always runs smooth. Only place i will order carts from now on. 5/5.

Wow! Customer service is absolutely amazing with the team here! Will answer all questions you may have politely and in a commendable time. Delivery service is just as brilliant. The carts have such an original taste & are so handy! I haven’t spilled an ashtray since ;) I would definitely recommend ordering yourself a few.

Found these guys online by pure chance, looked a bit too good to be true, especially on this side of the pond. Managed to get in touch with them and they put all my worries to rest, if you're at all concerned give em a message!

Mine arrived the day after ordering and it's exactly what I expected! Great taste, great hi, can't ask for much more than that.

Sure there's cheaper carts on the DW, but I'd gladly pay that bit extra for something I know is quality and something I can trust.

If you're UK based and looking for carts, don't risk it, there's more bad out there than good by a long shot and if you'll take my word for it, these guys are one of the good ones!
