The most pathetic excuse I’ve seen for a jersey since 1986. They are a lightweight rag with toilet paper thin numbers and letters. And when you need to speak to customer personnel it’s from a person in the Philippines or Taiwan that doesn’t have a clue what they are doing and you can make out about 2 words in a sentence when they try talking. I will not be buying from Nike ever again any of their products. Jerseys made of recycled pop bottles and shoes made of half vinyl products. They care more about DEI and outsourcing manufacturing to 3rd world countries that produce dog shit. The NFL ruined the game with all the STUPID new rules now Nike has ruined the jerseys and shoes they make. I’m buying Addidas, puma’s and anything other than Nike way to FU*K it up people…

She was from our continent and spoke perfect understandable English. She was very professional, polite and extremely helpful. She understands the complete deterioration of the Jersey materials and the lack of quality construction due to manufacturing being done by 3rd world countries. FINALLY I am being reimbursed $125.00 for a jersey I sent back over a month ago and was given a half off code for any future purchase I think this is very fair and I’m very thankful ! Especially after all the phone calls explaining to people somewhere around the world who barely speak English and have no business whatsoever being in these positions. The NFL AND NIKE have ruined the jerseys due to recycling pop bottles and plastics to create the chassis of the jersey and maybe 1 cm thickness of the numbers. Just a couple of years ago the cheaper jerseys (ON FIELD) name tag in the neck and made in Guatemala ROCKED!!! It’s was a fair price for a nice jersey, NO MAS… my 9 year old boy said no way he won’t wear them now they are junk!. When a 9 year old says that you’ve got big problems Nike… so you had better do lots of review reading before you buy anything from NFL and NIKE products or your going to be unpleasantly surprised not disappointed but rather pissed off! The product decline is a complete a slap in the face. Ok nuff said BEWARE of the NFL and Nike jerseys now people.

I ordered 2 shirts, Philadelphia Eagles. 1 with #2 Slay Jr and 1 with #19 Sweat. Both came in a week late. Both have the wrong colors for the Eagles. The print job is the WORST I've ever seen and I worked in wholesale Imprintables sportswear for 14 years and I know cheap cheesy tshirts which is part of the print problem. I will NEVER order through NFLShop again.

I selected a 3xl hoodie. It looked really warm in the photos. When I received it, I discovered the material is paper thin and the size is more of a medium. I mean, really?

Ordered a jersey on Nov 23rd 2024 . Received 2 emails along the way saying it’s shipped . dec31st I called they said it was never out for delivery and the item is sold out and they have to give a refund which I still haven’t received . Why not contact me and say you sold me something you didn’t have or not sell the item at all if it’s sold out . … Terrible service .

Horrible place to shop, they don’t process exchange and once you select a return method (gift card vs original payment) they cannot override it. I initially selected gift card to avoid the 9.99 shipping label (which is absurdly high) but the item
Is no longer sold on their website. I wanted to switch to get my money back and they cannot override. I would have to wait 30 days to “let it expire” and select the refund method again. Seems suspicious

The audacity of these individuals to greet customer with that BS tag line “Where exceptional service begins” Exceptional these🥜 Nothing even remotely standoutish about their service at all. I ordered two items why the shipped at different times from two different locations I have no idea but the second item tracking says waiting for pick up lable made. So I contact these people and ask when someone is going to hop their happy self up run my already packaged and paid for item over to the shipper so I can get my property. We can give you a refund because it might not come! And the item is no longer in stock. How? I ordered one a month ago. Wheres the one I ordered? Not to mention I was pffered to repurchase it when it becomes available. It was $42 when I ordered it and $69 now; 80% more expensive! Terrible service in every fathomable way. Just because you politely and calmly tell your paying customers to eat 💩 doesn’t make you exceptional. Actually doing something about the issue make you exceptional. Add insult to injury this is all information that they were privy to and no one contacted me. I had to contact you?!? Complete trash company and I have no idea why the NFL would want their brand associated with such terrible service! I ordered a hat and t shirt at the same time. The hat showed up when expected but for some reason the tshirt hadn't shipped yet. I tried to cancel it before it shipped but they wouldn't let me. I had to wait until after I received it to return it. Then they wanted me to pay for shipping back.

Ordered team bar stools the 15th of December. Still in processing order and an estimated delivery of Jan-8 to jan 14th. As I know 4 bar stools are a little more than an article of clothing I don’t see why it takes so long, disappointed really. Took the money as fast as I hit submit, still left lingo over here on when and if they’ll arrive.

Would give a zero rating if I could, I ordered a women's shirt for a Christmas gift on December 8th, after getting email saying delivery had been delayed, I tried to cancel the order, the next day got email saying the order had been shipped and it would arrive on December 28th, I believe the whole thing is a scam, it's not the 28th yet, but I don't think the shirt will arrive then either. I will never order from this company again.

How in the name of all that is right can you screw up an order for a gift card? Ordered and nothing, and nothing and nothing. I finally called and it took over five minutes with a customer service representative just to get a confirmation email that the gift card was ordered. The money is out of my account, yet the card will not be emailed until tomorrow? If I could cancel the order I would. Fandom should not equal frustration. Never again.

EDIT: NFL Shop responded to me, apologized and sent a coupon code. I wish it could have been a smooth transaction from the beginning. But I appreciate NFL Shop taking the time to listen and work with me to get things back to right. Thank you.

Ordered 2 things with plenty of time for them to come before Christmas Im super pissed off seeing that I just looked today and they're saying still processing won't come till Jan or after Christmas. It's kinda fraudulent when use are still stating on your website that things will still come even when Ordering today Dec 22nd you should take that down. I ordered one pair of pants on dec 14th and a sweater on Dec 15th if use can please look into this thank you. Let me know what you need and I'll send the information

Very disappointed. Ordered on 12/8 with a delivery date of 12/12. It is 12/21 and it still isn’t here. They told me they couldn’t help be until 12/23. What good does that do when it is a Christmas present. Only after I asked for a manager did the representative offer to refund or reship my item. It still won’t be here by Christmas!! Poor service! Last time I order from this company!!

Ordered a women's size Large jersey, Received a jersey so tiny that would be hard for a 12 year old to fit into. Started return. Options are: receive a gift card for the total price paid or take $9.99 less to refund the original credit card. How is this even legal...?

It says my item was shipped already. I did not receive it and there is no additional information on the tracking link. I am unable to speak to a representative on the phone or through their chat online. It continuously says no one is available. I am so disappointed in their customer service and that I don’t have my item.

Absolutely awful. Ordered on the 7th to ENSURE it is here by Christmas. Tracking sent on the 12th to be here by the 18th. Comes to check, the order now states processing and when I reached out I was told 3 different things. I was told an item is out of stock and they can refund and ship the other. Didn’t clarify that was awful going back and forth and I talked to three different people in the matter of an hour so unorganized. They reshipped and expedited just to come an hour later the order was cancelled but it is now also out of stock. This is completely awful customer service and service in general I am so disappointed. I was so excited for the merch as I can’t find it somewhere else and now I’m stuck finding a last minute gift. Mind you I spent over $100 they need to improve for how much they sell.

Horrible company horrible customer service. I was told my jersey was coming that day because he could see more information on his side. 5 days later and it still says label created. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and it’s been two weeks! The worst company.

I ordered a jersey for my boyfriend on December 1st and received an email stating it shipped on December 6th. It's now December 17th, and after multiple calls regarding the package's whereabouts, I had to request a refund. Each time I called, I was reassured that the package was on the way, which turned out to be false(Shocker..). After being promised a resend and expedited shipping if I called back on December 17th, I was met with the news that the jersey was out of stock(not at all shocking after sundays game… GO BIRDS!)

To make matters worse, when I called today, the first customer service representative hung up on me after I asked to speak with a supervisor. This situation feels sketchy, and I can't shake the feeling that something is off. Either they're moving money around or just couldn’t care less what is happening. I'm determined to get to the bottom of this and will explore options, including a potential class action lawsuit if necessary. I will find a resolution. If anyone has similar stories please feel free to share. This company is TRASH!!!

I ordered a hoodie as a Christmas gift and received the wrong hoodie with another teams logo. I called them to get the correct hoodie and after an hour was told they’d send me the correct hoodie but I’d get it January 7. I asked them to expedite it but was told they can’t!!! Don’t buy anything from this company because they’re unwilling to work with customers in getting their mistakes rectified!!!
I just an email from the shop that the correct order has been shipped and I should receive it before Christmas! Thank you NFL shop for doing the right thing and fixing the mistake.

The worst customer service I have experience. I ordered 4 hoodies for a Christmas gift. We realized one of the sizes needed changed within an hour of placing the order. I contacted the company to simply change the size as it was just placed and still being processed. Not only could they not do this they also refused to cancel the order. Complete joke.
