Great product professional service will rev come to

this was a second visit to complete a repair - they made the right call when they first visited to ensure the correct repair was completed.Good guys, knew what they were doing and did it with a smile.
A credit to the team.

Prior to and at point of ordering the service I received was second to none from Michael Dainty. Once ordered and passed to manufacturing/installations team it was another matter....it was like pulling teeth trying to communicate with them. I have however, still given 4 stars as I reverted back to Micheal several times whose customer service was exemplary and managed to help out/sort whatever issue I had every time. Installation was smooth and uneventful. My project isn’t finished as yet so can’t comment on use but can’t wait until I can. Would recommend.

Efficient, quick, clean work done with the minimum of disruption. We now wait for nice weather to be able to get full use of the doors

Very nice people to deal and work with
Would see them again

For our installation a very good door system. The concept is very good and the product installs without issue and when I needed help then help was on hand.

Delivered in a timely manor and quality was as expected.

Had a great service and the product is great. Good customer service, friendly & helpful. Door is great and just what I wanted. So pleased! Would definitely recommend New Wave!

We recently ordered new doors, and the whole process was handled really efficiently. Kept up to date all the way through to them being installed. Really pleased with the work and would definitely recommend!

I saw these doors at the Exeter show , the whole process was smooth from the sale to fitting the doors. the doors have really opened up the space at the rear of the house Thank you everyone at New Wave for helping us ,We are so happy keep up the good work

Brilliant service. Fitters arrived and installed with no issues. Very professional and would highly recommend!

Great after-sales service.
We had a few problems suddenly occur with the door runners after trouble-free use for 3 years+. After I called New Wave they arranged for a team of fitters to call on a Friday morning. I was at work but my wife was in and praised the guys that came to sort out the issue, saying they were very friendly and professional and fitted new door runners and left things tidy and working fine. I also got a follow-up call to make sure everything was OK. All-in-all one of the better customer experiences we've had recently !!

Had the doors fitted, around 6 months ago and we have been really pleased with the product. The only thing that let the company down was there communication could be better

Our doors have been installed since 2013 and we have been delighted with them. Last summer we had an issue with one set of lower door runners which required a service call to rectify. Getting this addressed had been taking a considerable time and was getting very frustrating, however, with recent changes in the service team a very quick response was made. The engineers who came provided an excellent service and replaced both sets of runners with ones of an improved design and the service call charge has been refunded in full under the warranty.

New Wave Stores Ltd have been brilliant with us in that they have been very responsive to helping to solve our problems with our New Wave Doors. (Note that the doors with the problems were not supplied by them.)
The company that fitted our doors went bust resulting in us having nowhere or no-one to go to get the parts required to replace broken parts. After scouring companies all over Scotland for someone to assist us, we had no luck.
We then found New Wave Store Ltd, and Claire has come to our rescue !!
She understood our problem of sourcing parts and, even although the doors were not supplied by them, she willingly assisted and has been very helpful in getting us the parts that we needed to replace the broken items.
Outcome is that we do not have to spend lots of money on replacing the doors now that we have acquired the replacement parts. Thank you.
Excellent customer service !!
