Fitting of the doors went fine
Fitting of the doors went fine. Communication wasn't the best. Still waiting on a response for an issue with my blinds 2 weeks after fitting which was reported on the day of the fitting. As money has been paid I feel they are in no hurry to rectify the issue.

Excellent
Excellent!
From start to finish these guys were faultless. We met them at the Home building and renovation show at the beginning of this year and they were fantastic there, We were very impressed with the product and they showed us several times the use and the positives. They knew they had a sale but never pushed to get it over the line like most traders would. We signed up and the customer care was great from then on from each department. I made a couple of errors on my measurement form and they picked these up straight away and queried this with me in order for us to not get it wrong at install date, This was great as other companies would have most likely allowed the faults to go through and say at the end "your measurements, Your cost". On the install they were so friendly and professional and couldn't be happier to keep demonstrating the best use. Due to this I have recommended to several friends and family who will be placing an order. I myself am almost ready to make 2 more orders as my house is in the build stage.
DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

This company was referred by a friend after I had seen their doors. They were all very helpful and the young men that showed up were excellent. Polite and tidy, they did an excellent job. I had a couple of questions after they were done and someone came out to help me. Overall very pleased with the whole process and the quality of the product, exactly what I wanted.

Best doors by far
I searched around several different door providers before settling on new wave doors. I found the sales team to be knowledgeable and informative and I wasn't disappointed with my decision. The installation was surprisingly painless and the install team were efficient, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The doors themselves are exactly what we were looking for and we are really pleased with the overall experience. I will be recommending these chaps to my neighbours and friends.

Twice the doors have failed in 3 months. Neither time has anymore called/emailed me back. I have sent multiple emails asking for help. I then had to pay £50 to get someone out to fix them as we could not leave our house. After sale service is shocking.
Doors are not very well made or designed.
I would strongly advise against using this company for anything.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Regrettably our doors are unfinished and non functional more than 3 months after installation. We waited 2 months after initially expecting them, only for the doors to be partially installed leaving large gaps, and can not open the lead door on either set. We have sporadically been given many excuses though generally calls and emails are not answered.
Technicians did not show up to a promised appointment to fix these problems and we now cannot get hold of anyone. Extremely disappointed, we will need to take legal action to resolve

Dear Lorraine
We apologise that you feel this way about your experience with us.
It is worth noting the 'large gaps' are purposely left there for the benefit of the remaining building work that needs to take place, this is the same for any door installation.
We do understand our communication could have been better and we hold our hands up on that front.
Apologies

The process of ordering, delivery and installation was easy and straightforward. Communication was good most of the time. There was plenty of information available on the website and both Zoe and Claire were very helpful. The doors themselves are really great and really are much better than bi folds.

A brilliant company!
I had a small wear and tear fault with my doors after being installed 8 years ago and being regularly used. After contacting the company, Claire and Ben sorted out the parts FOC from their Bristol depot. Second to none service, we would highly recommend you buying the doors from here, not only first class service, but service you can rely on 8 years after install.
A brilliant company. Thankyou.

Excellent Product
We saw these doors at the Excel Show last year and were really impressed with how they worked and looked.
Our builder measured the width of the bottom door seal wrongly and this was only realised when fitters came to install and subsequently the doors could not be fitted. All the team at New Wave were helpful especially Claire, who helped resolve the issue. Six weeks later the doors were fitted and the fitters were polite and professional. We are very happy with our doors.

Non-existent customer service
Our doors (2 sets) were installed on 8 May. To start with one of the exit doors was difficult to open, and it took several weeks and the threat of legal action to get them back to fix it. Thats now fine, but we are still in dispute over a piece of trim which was incorrectly installed as a makeshift sill. New Wave’s post-installation customer service is pretty much non-existent. Phone calls go to voicemail, and emails are unanswered. All a great pity, because their actual doors are great!

Working with a family business is best!
The New Wave stand at the recent Sandown Park event centre was heaving with potential customers all keen to see how these unique doors work and their advantages over traditional bi-folds. However, their sales representative Zoe managed to clear the stand allowing my wife who uses a wheelchair to operate the doors.
She was so helpful and considerate and gave us so much time whilst others were waiting to talk to her. We also met the owner of the company who was also very helpful and even gave my wife some sparkling water whilst we waited for Zoe to be free.

Very Innovative slide & swivel system
Glad I came across these doors, very convenient way of opening up your living space! Staff have been very informative and helpful. We chose to have ours installed by our local builder and the installation video had been easy to follow.
