After using this company for over a year I was hit by a problem I contacted them and I was hit by petty staff who did not give a damn.
Very disappointing!!!??

I'm in California , USA. I've been subscribing to British magazines for over 30 years . First from an American importer, who retired . Then from a British exporter who decided to close their business. I have been getting my magazines from Newsstand for about 8 months now , and I'm VERY pleased with their service ! Magazines arrive on time and wrapped in a heavy cardboard mailer, so NO damage . ( important to me as I collect these magazines)
I would definitely recommend Newsstand , especially to people overseas from the UK.

Out of nowhere years after a purchase I get a spam email from them. Not GDPR compliant.

I have been dealing with Newsstand for at least ten years. They are my go to for British magazines every month.
Also, it was a really good price. Definitely will use this company again :)

I've ordered with Newsstand for years but felt compelled to review the website online, after the exceptional service I received. I was after a particular cover of Vogue Italia's 60th anniversary issue, emailed, and received a reply promptly confirming which covers they had and it would be no hassle to send it out to me (with the additional packaging at an extra cost to ensure safe delivery). The magazine arrived to me within days, and it's immaculate. I am beyond grateful, and so thankful for the exceptional service as always from the wonderful Newsstand team. Thank you! My absolute go-to.

Would it not be better to admit and address your errors? You state in your response:
'Although we were advised this is a bi-monthly title, publishers can sometimes push back release dates, this is unfortunatley out of our control, as per our terms and conditions.'
Unfortunately, I am not permitted to supply the link here to the July/Aug. issue which you never sent, to demonstrate its availability. It was available from other suppliers from the 12th of July. The release date was not pushed back.
Your apology, however, is appreciated.

Failed me big time. I tried to order a single issue of the Radio Times but failed to deliver to my parents house. It says next day delivery if ordered before 3pm but they never received it the next day. Over 2 days and still no sign of delivery. The website also gives no tracking info so I have no idea where it is. All I got was an email saying despatched. It looks like I will end up buying one from a shop then hand deliver it which is a 120 mile round trip. Newsstand never again.

Update: Just been delivered but after I bought one from a shop ready so now have 2 of them.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I have bought several Magazines from Newsstand and they always pack the items perfectly and deliver on-time.

I’ve tried many places to get motorsport news paper with a write up on my Son and found this fantastic company online , I rang them and spoke to a lovely lady called Rhona who placed the order for me. I would thoroughly recommend this company. Many thanks Rhona 🤩

Amazing service from Amy on the Newsstand team, who had remembered my original enquiry for a sell-out Madonna cover. When an additional copy unexpectedly came back in Amy got in touch, had the magazine packaged up perfectly and couriered right across :) Very much appreciated - recommended!

I amend my previous negative review as Newsstand CS has actually emailed me and I have opted for a replacement copy to be sent out. I am most pleased with this convenient outcome and that Newsstand CS proved to be as reliable and efficient as usual.

My latest order of 29/03/2024 #3800143 arrived yesterday 16/04/2024 with an item missing.
I emailed the CS immediately but they have not got back to me yet.
To my further disappointment, I actually paid for 2 magazines but received only 1.
The postal label with the description of content reads that both the magazines were invoiced and dispatched, the parcel/envelope appears not have been tampered with, one of the magazines is missing, though.
Would really appreciate if Newsstand CS could help and sort this annoying inconvenience out and issue a refund, as I believe they made a mistake and sent my order out packing only 1 of the 2 magazines I originally paid for.
They used to provide a reliable and precise online newsagent service which I have been happily using over the years, I do hope that they will try and make up for this nuisance and return to their previous valued efficiency.

Great service, if there's ever a problem Rhonda and Georgia and the team always go the extra mile and solve it. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my magazine.

Don’t really know what to say. Other reviews seem so positive. My order from the start of December didn’t arrive… with Christmas, 4 kids and life, I forgot all about it until a week ago. I emailed and was told my order of 5 magazines was lost, I would be sent and will arrive in 1-3 days. But nothing showed.. I’ve emailed again, and hoping I’m just unlucky and that they do show up… time will tell I guess.

Updating June 2024 as I didn’t realise hadn’t previously although in my defence, I’ve been very busy having a new baby! They did arrive with the courier! Thank you! And were exactly as described. I agree it was likely a courier issue over Christmas, and I was nothing other than unlucky! Perfect condition too and made a Green Day fan very happy. So thank you

Newsstand customer service were excellent in dealing with a delivery query I had. I would thoroughly recommend them as a business.

I've reached out to Newsstand multiple times, and I must commend their exceptional customer service. The staff has been incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to address my concerns, resulting in the successful resolution of my issues.

Great service, and always friendly if a problem occurs and they will resolve the issue if I need assistance with an order.

I now live in France and have often missed being able to read some of my favourite publications.
Newstand has such an excellent range.
Their customer service is second to none with a friendly human behind the text.

Great company to deal with, have used them a few times. Had an issue with a recent order that was dealt with super quickly by Georgia.

Purchased several magazines & the service is prompt & reliable. Any issues with missing magazines I have encountered service above & beyond expected from everyone I have interacted with.
