I often order from Newsstand from the US and always have a pleasant experience. The customer service is top notch and the content in the magazines is interesting.

great way to get magazines delivered to your door, which was a luxury and is now essential!

Previously I had unfairly written a bad review when it was actually a publisher fault(not newsstands) I order specialist magazines from them and they always arrive promptly, well done guys!

Very dissapointed with service, or should I say lack of, magazine never arrives on time or never arrives, I have had one copy on time only, trying to get in touch is a nightmare, I am having to shield at the moment and was looking forward to the TV choice, I should receive magazine on Thursday or Friday but don't receive until Monday or Tuesday at the earliest, maybe for any other type of magazine it wouldn't matter so much, but you need to know programmes on the day, I'm trying to cancel and receive refund, but that seems a little more difficult that subscribing to magazine, funny that,

I order my magazines from this site they are very good haven't had a problem with anything yet, only thing I will gripe about is that my magazines hit the shops before mine is delivered to me so I have to wait, so I think in future I will buy my magazines in the shops and if they don't have it in stock I will buy from the newsstand site online, I just don't see the point in paying extra for delivery when I have to wait four more days, while everyone else has their magazines from the shop on the day of release.

These guys are truly amazing.
Finally I can order my favourite italian crosswords weekly magazine, when it arrived at home I almost had tears.

I used to buy it when I was a child, and since I've been living here I never managed to get hold of it....... but now I can buy it again thanks to you!

Really good web site makes ordering simple, whether for one copy or a subscription.

I recently enquired if I might I change one of my subscriptions for my grandchild half way through the subscription period. Eli responded immediately with a really kind, helpful reply and made the change to a new magazine with no fuss whatsoever - even at this time when they are extremely busy.

Highly recommended.

I have a subscription for Computer Arts magazine and one issue didn't arrive. I contacted Newsstand and even if the problem with the delivery wasn't because of them, they gave me one more month to my subscription, in order for me to receive the same number of issues I paid for. Needless to say I was very very happy with the solution :)

Been buying magazines from Newsstand for some years, they offer a huge selection and are always prompt and reliable, even right now during lockdown. Happy to highly recommend Newsstand to all magoholics, like me!

Simply pre ordered a magazine(really important to me) a month ahed, money taken at time of order placement.
It has been 2 month now and the magazine has never arrived because “lost on the way” and I have to hear that “ it’s now out of stock do you wanna be on a list for the next one?”
Thanks but not gonna wait another 4 month for not having it.
So now I’ll never have this magazine issue.

Generally very good but sent wrong magazine and were out of stock when I phone them.

Leaving my first ever review on here to have one more chance to rave about Newsstand! Like so many of us, I have been desperate for a little pick-me-up (however small) to tide me over through this pandemic. Quite randomly I saw Newsstand through a google search, and thought I'd try out two magazines I've been interested in. I love the idea of being able to order as few or as many issues of a magazine as I please without the firm commitment of a subscription (and without the waiting time of establishing a subscription!). Also, it may seem like a small detail, but I am someone who loves the experience of flipping through books and magazines at actual stores, and that experience is nigh-impossible to recreate online. But the unique descriptions of each magazine that you can peruse, and the glimpses of previous covers, really made this feel like more of a personalized experience than so many online shopping vendors. So: browsing experience is a 10/10. But I never would've thought I'd receive the first of my magazines within 36 hours of ordering (and I ordered on a Sunday, in a pandemic!). I can't overstate how delighted I am to have a magazine to look through right now. Absolutely marvelous customer service-- I've already recommended the site to a few friends and will continue to do so! Thanks so much to the Newsstand team for being a glimmer of joy right now!
