Newlivingstore Arvostelua

I ordered the bamboo cutlery set and was amazed by the quality and fast delivery service, the product arrived on time and was well packaged. Will 100% recommend to others and will most likely use this store again in the future.

Great service and prompt delivery. The bread bags are great quality and also bought some cat toys, would highly recommend

Very pleased with the quality and price of my order. Definitely recommend

Ordered several items pleased with the quality of the bread bags and Bamboo soap dish the quality is exceptional on the soap dish holds soap very clearnly no sticky residue. I experienced no postage delay, items received within 2 days of placing the order. I have added this as noted concerns from other reviews

Some weeks passed by and my order hadn't turned up so I used the link at the bottom of my order confirmation to send an email enquiry. I received a nicely worded and very apologetic reply from Zak, explaining that something had gone wrong with the shipping. Zak offered a refund or re delivery, l opted for re delivery and have since received the order very quickly after my request. I'm very pleased with the quality of the items and the simple cardboard box packaging as well.

I ordered two items more than three weeks ago which haven’t been dispatched and the company does not reply to any emails regarding delivery or my subsequent cancellation request.

The item was sent in a timely manner as per the website. I had a question about the item and the seller got back to me with the info really quickly.
Item was packaged well & with tracking.

Ordered a great pill box that stores multiple pills. Secured with magnets.
Cat toy is perfect for my older cat.

Still waiting on my item after 10 days.
No communication from the seller.

I placed an order and paid £3.55 postage. I hadn’t expected next day delivery but the seller took 5 days to despatch the item. My parcel then got stuck in the Evri system, I started receiving orders I’d placed after this one so I contacted the seller to ask them if they could find out what was happening. The seller didn’t reply at all. My package eventually came after almost 2 weeks, no documentation, no instructions or anything in the box, just the item. When there is now so much choice where to spend your money I won’t go back to this company, if they can’t even reply to emails I don’t want to spend my money with them. I will avoid in future.
