Accident Injury Claim in Scotland
I had a motor car accident and suffered a whiplash injury. My car insurance company forwarded to me the name of NewLaw Scotland, just in case I wanted to pursue my personal injury claim. I was reluctant to claim because I thought the process will be too complex, but once the process was clearly explained to me by a designated case manager, I decided to go ahead. The firm is very well organised and they guide you clearly and transparently throughout the process. My case is not settled yet, but my experience with the firm is extremely satisfactory. Based on my experience so far, I will not hesitate to recommend this law firm to any friend who needs any help with personal injury claim.
Addendum: My case is settled now. To my surprise the Newlaw Scotland only charged 15% of the success fee despite an agreement of up to 20%, which is good of them and I do appreciate their goodwill gesture.

Fantastic service
I asked NewLaw if they could help with a few claims I had. They agreed and were great. I was kept informed with any new developments in my claims. They took care of everything. Would definitely use them again if I needed too.

Very understanding and helpful
Karen was understanding of my accident and what this claim meant to be. Was very sympathetic and was able to explain things in great detail when I was confused on aspects. She always kept me up to date with what was happening with my claim. I would definitely recommend Karen at New Law.

Case was well handled start to finish by the team of legal and medical professionals. Kept up to date on progress throughout by dedicated point of contact Fees clear and fair. Don’t plan on having more raid accidents but if I did I’d be happy to call them again

We didn’t have a strong case but new…
We didn’t have a strong case but new law stuck with it. It was complicated and we didn’t get the result we would have liked but we still got a settlement in the end. New Law were brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to fight a negligence case with the NHS.
