They did more then they actuall needed to, but they understood that it must be be done to make a difference to competitors! Fantastic customer service, all person i talked / chat with due a complicate case, was unbeleavable customer/service minded and helped to the end of this case.

As a first-time customer of Newitts, I was looking for a specific Nike duffel bag. I always do thorough research to find the best price, and Newitts had the most competitive offer by far. The ordering process was smooth, and my purchase was dispatched and delivered promptly by FedEx. I appreciate that they use a reliable courier service instead of a cheaper alternative, like Evri. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and would happily recommend Newitts.

I was recently looking to purchase a pair of Nike trainers I've wanted for some time and had seen Newitts offering them at a great discounted price. Having never heard of or shopped with them before, I did some research and discovered they are an authorised Nike dealer/stockist. I decided to make the purchase, and the trainers arrived the next day via DPD. They were brand new and genuine Nike. I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Newitts. When my parcel went astray (not Newitts fault) I contacted their customer service. The woman who dealt with my issue couldn't have been more pleasant, concerned and helpful. I managed to resolve the issue locally, but I have no doubt she would have continued to support me.

When there was a problem with delivery, the team were on it immediately - Julie ensured the courier was rapidly contacted and kept me updated on timings of when this would be resolved. Great service and will use again, noting I prefer providing trade to small businesses rather than using Amazon when possible.

Easy to use website, product arrived as described, had an issue with DPD delivering on the day but that is not the fault of this company. Very easy transaction from beginning to end . will definitely use again- Thank you
