I had a problem with a cricket bat bought for my son which broke and they dealt with the return efficiently and responded to emails really quickly. Newitts refunded me and even arranged for return of the broken bat from Gray Nicholls as we had got it signed by Sir Alastair Cook. They were so good we bought a replacement bat through them even though we found it cheaper elsewhere as we knew the customer service was so good.

I ordered the wrong size, I sent back the scrum caps and tags but Newitts wouldn’t offer me a return as I didn’t have the original box. There was no halfway house, good will gesture or discount offered if I ordered the right size. Poor show, it was a genuine mistake and how I have 2 large scrum caps for a 12 year old boy and still no scrum caps to keep him safe.

Fantastic customer service. Good pricing with efficient delivery. When damage was later identified an exchange was made swiftly and conveniently. Can't fault Newitts. I always wonder why nobody else is using them.

Not only was the product I ordered as good as.advertised, despite a lid being slightly broken , I emailed the problem, and within 3 days replacement lids(x2) arrived . Great service!

Newitts is a great website with many different sports categories! Ordered a nike set and it came quickly and it was perfect. Thanks.

Received parcel damaged (wet) and items missing.
Refusing to refund order and emails are sarcastic and patronising.
Avoid ordering from them as only interested it taking your money.
The response states that nothing was missing from the parcel even though the parcel was damaged, wet and taped with a different tape on the bottom of the box which would suggest the parcel had been damaged in transit. I will be taking this matter further as I’m not in position to pay for items I have not received!!!!!!
I’m NOW being asked to return items that I didn’t receive in the first place and stating the parcel was not damaged even though I send photos of the damaged box and was advised to return all the items!!!!
Company is fraudulently withholding my money!!!!!!!!!!

First time buyer with Newitts and found these guys to be absolutely first-class.

Courier issues finding my address are usually brushed off as trivial with other vendors....not with Newitts.

Customer service, and shout out to Julie who was superb and could teach Customer Service, chased the courier down and got them organised to deliver as promised. Buy here with confidence I couldn't recommend them higher.
