Just purchased a new Hyundai Kona EV through NCD. They were able to offer me an absolutely stonking deal '000s better than going to a dealer direct or other new car buying platforms. Very happy with our dealings with NCD. Nick is very knowledgable about different cars and all the different models, of which there are now loads of choices. It was over 10 years since we bought a car, so we had a lot of questions, which Nick patiently answered. We were very happy with our price for a new Hyundai Tucson hybrid and for the offer for our old car. The new car was delivered within a timescale of our choosing , and our old car was taken away. We are loving the new car, and car tech has come a long, long way since we bought out last Hyundai.

Do not buy from them as they don't follow through on delivery. Waited over 10 weeks for Tigo 9. Was told it was in the country that the car was ring fenced for us, we were top prip and that they were just waiting on the garage to register it so it could be brought up to them. However, they couldn't give me the VIN number, red flag there. Then after a further 2 weeks was told, via email (didn't even have the decency to call me), that they were refunding my deposit as the garage was cancelling the order due to a "glitch" which will further delay the car. Funnily enough when my mate went to buy a BYD from them, after waiting 7 weeks she was told that they no longer had the colour she wanted, blamed the garage and refunded her money. I don't honestly believe that they have the contract with garages to provide the Chinese cars, they simply take people's deposits l, hold on to their money for several weeks then cancel the order. If the do this on all orders image the free interest they are making on our money. Knew it was too good to be true and it was. Very disappointing and complete waste of time. I now have to start the process all over again and wait weeks for another car from another garage, which I should have just bought from in the first place. Still waiting on the refund of my deposit, despite their email saying it would be refunded in 48 hrs.

I stumbled across the website by accident and I am glad that I did! The car I was interested in was offered with a truly massive discount, and considering that I bought the same model two years ago at full price I did not hesitate to pull the trigger.

I just happened to come across New Car Discount when I clicked on one of their adverts on Facebook for a new car. I had already ordered the same car on lease which was scheduled for a 2nd September delivery via my company salary sacrifice scheme. John Robertson had come back to my query about pricing the White Phev and the price was The lowest I had seen, in fact around £2K cheaper than the cheapest dealer price for the car. I decided to place an order knowing that the car could be delivered early September. Once order placed I cancelled my company order.

The car was delivered today up to Glasgow from the Midlands. John had been very quick in replying to all queries I had throughout the process. £500 initial deposit at the time of order and the balance to be paid a day prior to delivery. Very smooth process, and I will surely be reaching out to New Car Discount again in a few years when I plan my next car.

My new Ioniq 5 was delivered yesterday to my home. The service from Nick and his colleagues has been very good indeed with regular updates, even revised etas yesterday to my home near Bath. The deal was very competitive and part exchange for my Tucson was fair and realistic. Perhaps my one concern was the four months’ wait time for the car. This was beyond the control of New Car Discount and due to Hyundai delivery at the port. Overall, a very good experience and, as a Which member, I recommend this company.

Fantastic! Ordered my new White Jaecoo J7 Phev, kept up to date all the way through. Informed when it was coming but I was away on holiday that week, so rearranged for the following week. Delivery on the day was a breeze and the driver called when he was an hour away from my home. Fantastic price! Great guys to deal with and superbly helpful throughout.
