superb tech support

Wrong camera delivered but ultimatelycame good

Wrong camera delivered and instead of a simple next-day on-site swap by a courier it ended up as a hotch-potch of returns, more payments, more deliveries and ultimately credits. All came good in the end but please review your procedures and read your customer’s emails !

We're sorry about the mix-up with this order. It does seem something went wrong at the warehouse and the situation has prompted a review of how returns are handled.

Great service

Incredibly helpful sales guy Ian. Not knowing a great deal about CCTV cameras and having to replace an exsiting old system Ian provided lots of useful information enabling us to buy the right system for our needs.
