Was really helpful, when the phone cut out they rang me back un promoted. They system was running slow so rather than keeping me on hold they phoned me back once it was all completed.

The web is awash with places to book independent travel, but as an experienced traveller I know there's no substitute for knowledgeable professionals who have first hand experience - or easy access to experience - of distant destinations.

Fal at NetFlights is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and was not fazed by the South Pacific route we wanted to book; ultimately securing the best route at the best available price that wasn't then padded out with checked baggage and seating choice fees.

You might think you'll save by doing it yourself, but probably not. I've used Netflights for almost 30 years for their effective service, and will keep returning.

i booked on line at 8.10 the payment crashed told yo ring at 9.00 to complete booking.This was done courtesly and efficiently your guy had a bad cold but managed everything thank you

Be very careful with this company, everything started great, however after speaking to various costumer services teams they all say something different and you then get caught out…. As they don’t fulfil what they say….

Booking was quite easier for me, short trip, one stop, two check in luggages and relatively cheaper compared with others.

Customer service could be better and tickets should be issued sooner

Advertised fare was indeed available unlike many online ticket vendors. I’m a regular user and Netflights never disappoint.

CANCELLED FLIGHT WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW - NO EMAIL NOTHING. SIMPLY REFUNDED MY MONEY WITH NO COMMS. ONLY SAW DUE TO MY BANK NOTIFICATION... THE FLIGHT WAS FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WILL REACH OUT TO HELP ME BOOK. THIS WAS A LIE AS NOBODY CONTACTED ME
