En fait il installe des dizaines, j'insiste sur le " dizaines" de logiciels sur votre pc.
Une véritable caisse à outils.
Le souci c'est que les outils sont de mauvaise qualité.
Du jour au lendemain vous avez un message sur votre écran du genre " backitUp.exe " ,un problème de mémoire avec plein de zéro.Donc vous tapez dans Google " BackitUp.exe pour savoir ce que c'est et le moteur de recherche confond l'exécutable avec une adresse internet,un site .Après vous avez un message du genre " adresse introuvable"...
Vous tapez simplement " BackitUp" et parmi toutes les propositions il y en a une qui vous indique " Nero".
Vous allez dans Windows section logiciels installés et là vous le trouvez .
Sauf qu'en même temps vous voyez une liste incommensurable de logiciels Nero.Comme ils sont foireux , vous vous dites,on va tous les enlever et à ce moment c'est le malheur.
Vous êtes obligés de les retirer un par un .Une véritable galère car il y en a des dizaines.

Donc j'ai passé 2h jusqu'à aller en mode sans échec dans Windows pour désinstaller NERO .
Je vais aux fichiers programme X86 du disque dur c: et je m'aperçois qu'un fichier dll est résistant même en mode sans échec ...Je bidouille en renommant son extension pour le virer et ça semble fonctionner.
Le lendemain matin ,en allumant le pc je pensais avoir arracher tout les soft NERO.
Et là surprise,non.
Il y en a encore.

NERO ressemble à un malware dans son mode de fonctionnement ,sa persistance à vouloir être présent sur l'ordinateur est très étrange.

Si vous ne voulez pas polluer votre ordinateur, n'installez surtout pas "NERO" .

Bought Platinum unlimited 7 in 1 January 2021. I installed and from then til now all i get is your product status cannot be verified. I Have asked so many times for help from Nero and repeatedly get the same answer. i enter product Code for Activation and it says the code has been used. I Have the purchase receipt and all relevant proof necessary but the only answer they give is sign into Start and around and around we go..Verification impossible and Nero must know that.Taking Money under false pretences and Seriously Bad Customer Services seem to go Hand in Hand.19.02.25.Still cannot access Nero Platinum Unlimited 7in1. Signed in updated everything and on opening any Nero App..Try Platinum for Free.. Activation Code used. Have 50 Screenshots to Verify. They Reply by saying Nothing. Add a Ticket means get on a roundabout to back where you Started. NOWHERE.

Nero Burning ROM war früher mal richtig gut gewesen.
Ich habe das neue Nero installiert und es ist so was von entsetzlich Grotten schlecht. Hab versucht mit dem Programm zu brennen ohne Erfolg. Filme zu brennen oder erstellen oder Erfolg geht nicht. Eine BluRay geht auch nicht. Das Programm ist außerdem voll überladen mit sämtlichen Mist was man überhaupt nicht braucht zum Brennen. Zum Schluss hab ich den absolute Schrott von Nero wieder sofort von der Festplatte gelöscht. Nero ist eine Zumutung sonders gleichen. Am besten die verschwinden sofort vom Markt. Leute ich warne euch vor dem Kauf von Nero ihr kauft nur Schrott. Wenn ich was empfehlen kann dann wäre da Ashampoo Burning Studio 26 es funktioniert alles und man hat alles was man braucht zum Brennen und das Ashampoo Burning Studio 26. arbeitet zuverlässig und vor allem sehr gute Übersicht bedienerfreundlich so wie es sein muss. UND NICHT SO EIN Schrott WAS MERO uns anbietet. Nero haut ab vom Markt verschwindet so schnell wie möglich .

I can no longer download the nero back it up I paid for the website is offline and nero website dose not have the version I paid for so I feel robbed

après achat du pack avec clé Usb, j'ai reçu une mise a jour avec des liens pour télécharger divers logiciels, mais ces liens ne fonctionnent pas, Abelssoft: inconnu ! Steganos: non trouvé, inconnu ! ect...
La clé USB non reçu !!!
divers logiciels ne sont que des essais pour logiciels payant !

Je suis vraiment déçu par cette suite car pour un simple réencodage de vidéo on me dit que j'ai besoin de télécharger pour l'accélération video Ai mais les téléchargements nécessaire se bloque à 50% donc pas moyen de réaliser quoi ce soit

E' il massimo.
Ovviamente va usato su pc fisso.

Mit Nero konnte ich keine Blu-ray Disc erstellen, wobei ich eine MPEG-2 Datei als Quelle eingab.
Ich hatte alle Möglichkeiten in Testversionen ausprobiert, aber ohne Erfolg.
Deswegen war mein Kaufentscheid das DVDfab Programm, mit dem alles reibungslos ablief.

I was working on a document in Word today, and an image appeared suddenly that blocked part of my work with an advertisement from Nero. It did appear to link to the Nero web site. Not only that, I was not permitted to close this image without fighting with it for some time (action cannot be completed because script is busy, or something to that effect). It's conceivable that it came from a page in Google Chrome, on which I have numerous sites open, but it was nonetheless not authorized or welcome. Also, however, there is a discussion of this regarding Microsoft Windows 10. "How to stop Nero ads in lower right of screen" which is very descriptive of what happened to me. Also "how do you turn off nero pop ups turn off nero pop up notifications on the bottom right corner of windows 10" which looks identical to my experience.

Nero might want to find out who is advertising on their behalf in this manner and terminate the relationship.

None of this review reflects on the actual quality of Nero's software, which I believe is good.

Update; I was able to find Nero Info in Control Panel and have uninstalled it. Thank you for the prompt response.

2023 habe ich Nero Platinum unlimeted bei Media Markt für 44,99 gekauft.
Im September diesen Jahres (2024) erlitt mein Rechner ein Datencrash, der eine komplette Neuinstallation jeglicher Software erforderte. Nur das Nero, lies sich nicht aktivieren, da der Code verbraucht sei. Eine Anfrage an den Kundendienst blieb unbeantwortet, so dass ich genötigt bin mir ein anderes Programm zuzulegen.

Ergänzung:

Überraschender Weise erhielt ich heute eine Rüclmeldung von NERO. Mein Problem konnte gelöst werden. Aufgrund der langen Reaktionszeit gibt es leider nicht mehr als 3 Sterne (vorher 1), doch anscheinend sind sie bemüht.

Ob diese Bewertung damit zusammenhängt? Wir werden es nie erfahren.

No option to cancel online subscription on the website and they never replied back to any of my emails!! Software service is good but they ignore every email sent to them so it's impossible to cancel your subscription! Please avoid Nero.com if you want to avoid being scammed and ripped off!! I would rate nero -5 stars if that was an option because I can't cancel my subscription and it's impossible to contact them! Their nero.com website has instructions for subscription cancellation but they sneakily hide the "cancel subscription" button so it's nowhere to be found, so at the end you can't cancel at all!

I want to express my bad experiece I had with Nero Platinum Suite 2024 I was given the option to have the special offer for: "Nero Platinum Suite 2024" for just: $69.00 NZD instead I got charged about $165.00 I email Nero support with zero respose. I stroungly feel that Nero needs to up there game to offer coustomers a better service for cancelation and also better support.

I find that a lot of “Neros” have a really great atmosphere. I love spending time there, however the coffee could be better. It is not as good as at other coffee shops.

Bought on site - 'special offer' price. The software is good, but they have switched to a subscription service and did not make that clear. I have now asked for a refund THREE TIMES and received nothing!

The place needs a good clean .also there a young lad serving coffee and ,and he keeps touching his hair every two seconds ,needs a head band .

No contact details for anyone at Nero - that's a bad sign. The contact links are circular and don't ever lead you to an actual email, phone number or address.

Software is subscription based and renews annually - and there is NO way to stop that happening except closing your bank account or cancelling your credit card. they offer no online ability to stop the renewal.

je vois beaucoup de mauvaises notes en effet . Le gros soucis avec Nero c'est que tout n'est pas clair , activation ,produit à l'année .le jour ou vous scratchez le PC c'est la galère pour récupérer ces produits. C'est dommage car les produits de base comme Nero burning Rom sont au Top . Mais si vous voulait des produits au détail il faut payer le prix fort , on vous force un peu a prendre un pack complet qui en fin de compte ne vous servira pas. Par contre le positif , c'est que le support est très réactif et a réglé tous mes problèmes d'activation de mes produits lifetime . Vu les procédures pas très clair , dans ces cas la il vaut mieux les contacter .Pour ma part tout a été résolu en 48h.
