Amazing . I absolutely love both signs . Thinking I could use one in our home gym now too.
I choose these welcome signs for my daughter who is doing DIY Decoration’s of her wedding marquee , I wanted her to have a surprise when she arrived back from the Cathedral . A touch of class against a green floral wall.

We purchased a custom neon sign from Neon Filter for around £500 for our small startup business. Just 13 months after purchase, the sign failed completely.

Despite the product being only one month outside their 12-month warranty, Neon Filter refused to inspect, repair, or replace it. There was no attempt at goodwill, no meaningful troubleshooting, and no acknowledgement that a £500 sign should reasonably last longer than a year.

Instead, we were repeatedly told that the issue might be the plug (without inspection) and advised to buy a replacement power supply from their website. This feels like passing the cost and responsibility back to the customer rather than standing behind the quality of their product.

The sign was well cared for and used exactly as intended. A failure this soon after the warranty period raises serious concerns about durability and overall build quality.

If you’re a business relying on signage to represent your brand, I’d think twice. Expensive product, short lifespan, and very poor after-sales support.

Recently bought the Mini Holly Xmas Neon since it was on a special offer and it looks great and will be a great addition to the home come Xmas time

Ordered one of their designs, received it, switched it on and it looked fine. After a couple of hours some of the warm white letters turned dark brown. I sent multiple pictures to customer service telling them about the problem and since I ordered the biggest size it really is visible even from a distance. Had a reply saying “it can look different on pictures (??) and all their big customers like Netflix never complaint”. Not sure what to do with such answer except than feeling belittled that I’m not a big company only a small private customer. If you want to order of them, fine… but don’t expect them to help if there’s any problems.

We needed a quick turnaround for the sign we wanted, Ellie was extremely helpful, advising us on design and assured us they would be able to fulfill the order in our time frame which they did! The sign is perfect, exactly what we wanted. Really good service.

Fast and friendly and efficient

. A measure of a company is how they react when something goes wrong. We ordered a custom sign but when it arrived it was damaged. Immediately NF customer service kicked in. We sent pics of the damaged item and packaging and within a couple of days are replacement sign was winging it's way to us. The sign is exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommended.

I paid for next day delivery at a cost of the same price as the goods for them to turn up 6 days after I had ordered them. It was a small order but the principle of that bothers me.

Our sign is great! Exactly what I ordered, swift and secure delivery and easy to fit - although a paper template for screw holes would be a welcome addition. The only issue we have is with the remote, which has a mind of its own and takes some finagling to get to work. Don’t know if ours is a dud or it’s just more/less touch sensitive than expected. 😬 But we’re thrilled with the sign. It looks brilliant.

We were incredibly pleased with our experience using Neon Filter. Their website was fantastic — really easy to navigate, full of options, and made the whole design process simple and enjoyable.

After placing our order, Neon Filter sent over a sample image for approval. I didn’t reply for a couple of days, and they even gave me a courteous call just to check everything was okay. I’d actually forgotten to change the surround, so I asked if they could update it over the phone. They were more than happy to help and quickly sent a new sample image, which was spot on.

Once approved, the neon light was dispatched within the next couple of days. When it arrived, it was extremely well packaged and looked absolutely outstanding — even better than expected.

We would have no hesitation recommending Neon Filter to anyone. Fantastic company, awesome neon lights, and brilliant customer care from start to finish.

We ordered a bespoke sign for our sunbed shop - we couldn't be happier with it. Great design matching our logo - you might need a pair of sunglasses though, its bright! Sign came really quickly as well ready for our opening.
