Neonfilter Arvostelua

Customer service, explanation, speed and delivery were all exceptional. I’m so pleased with the item!

Great experience purchasing my custom sign for my grooming salons. I had a few questions while I was designing. I called up and they were very helpful and answered my questions every time.
Quick production and delivery. Would definitely shop again.

Amazing product. Easy online process. Great communication. Fast delivery.

Great product and made nicely however the longevity it takes to get your order delivered is a bit long. Considering the price for a bit of cut out Perspex with some flexible led tape which cost us £150 odd
I think the turn around time could be better, when asking about delivery time I was told I could pay an additional £180 for a quick service which I wasn’t going to do.
We work in broadcasting and projects have to be completed on time, this one fell behind because of the slow service therefore I won’t recommend for that reason

Good product - better than expected - very pleased,
well packaged and prompt delivery
will use this seller again.
Highly recommended five 🌟

Placed an order for custom made neon at 1:58pm paid £648.90 called the offices as asked this to be shipped out for a wedding as we are an events company and ours had blown.

Was told by the colleague who worked there Ellie who was very rude on the phone stating even though I clicked next day delivery wouldn’t be able to do as it’s 24 hours production. With this wanted to cancel the order she has refused to refund me even though the call was made at 1:59 1 minute after placing the order that it’s already in production even though they couldn’t do it and I wouldn’t receive until the Tuesday following week.

I am not one to write reviews but I found her attitude rude and not friendly at all.

Honestly avoid this company as the customer service is appalling!

Superb product of excellent quality , delivery as promised, great customer service very communicative

We wanted a bespoke neon sign for our offices with our company logo and some working beneath. the sign is fabulous and was delivered within 5 days from signing off the proof .

we cant thankyou enough . we are even planning on ordering another

Bought a sign for my Daughters bedroom. She & I absolutely love it! It really sets the room well. Ellie in customer service was lovely & very helpful. Will definitely be ordering again!

We have used NeonFilter on multiple occasions and are blow away but the attention to detail, customer service and quality products!

Bought a sign from them at Christmas that looks brilliant when on.
We’ve had a problem with it flashing/pulsing. I rang and spoke to Ellie, asked me to send a photo and a video of what was happening.
Got a reply about an hour late saying that there was a problem with the power pack.
The email was apologetic about the fault, A new power supply and been posted out and would be with us shortly.
New power supply was delivered by a courier the next day.

Brilliant service from them,
Thank you.
Nik.

WOW!!! 🤩 Couldn’t be happier with the service, the price and the result. It really makes my business pop and it’s a real talking point plus a great place for selfies.

Lovely neon sign that is now a feature in our kitchen. Quick delivery and great customer experience too! Highly recommended!

Avoid this company at all cost they sent me a faulty dimmer and I sent it back twice now which cost me to send. the customer service is so bad the woman named Ellie is so rude I called she locks off on me please don’t waste your money on this company I am so disappointed every customer should have a right to return for a refund

Amazing service and quality sign !
Perfect for our homemade sweet stand for my sisters impending wedding .

I ordered a lovely bright pink neon set of lines and got it the next day. Was so quick and loving the vibrancy of the pink.

Great service. Could not recommend enough

I was really delighted to find this site, then find how much customisation was available. I bought my wife a sign for her home office ( just a diminutive version of her name) and she absolutely loved it. Price was fair for a fully customised design. Delivery was prompt. 1 happy customer and 1 delighted recipient

I wanted a neon sign for my new kitchen and these guys came up with the goods in less than a week!
It was exactly what I wanted and it really fits the space, I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you so much!

Excellent service from start to finish. We added the proof option, this didn’t take long at all to be sent through. Very quick postage and turnaround. Really impressed with the sign. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be purchasing from you again. Many thanks!!
