Product good, but then got an invoice for FedEx for £43 which I believe to be import duty. Fedex sent an email at the end of 2025 chasing the payment which I thought was a scam. They have now sent a demanding letter to my friends house. I've emailed NeonChamp on 2 different addresses 24 hours ago re this. No reply. I've now DM's them on IG. This is the next complaint on TrustPilot. I am furious.

⭐ 1 Star — Not the Experience I Expected

My Neon Champ sign arrived with performance issues, and attempting to resolve it through customer service felt time-consuming and overly complicated.

While the company promotes a 3-year warranty, the actual support experience did not feel streamlined or customer-friendly.
Based on my experience, I would recommend looking at other brands if reliability and responsive support are important.

Good luck trying to cancel orders with them. I made error with my sign so immediately went on customer support in they told me to come back tommorrow which I did. Then they told me I waited to long. Then they agreed to refund me money to my card few days go by they ship a product that was never designed never refunded me money and are claiming it's my own fault for waiting to long.

I absolutely love the products that they build, superb. Can't fault the quality, the price, I will definitely be buying from them again! Took a long time to deliver hence the 4 stars, if they mention this in their website I think it would work in their favour as i'd happily wait knowing what's coming.

They don’t deserve the 1star given but had no choice if I wanted to leave a review.
My neon sign got delivered to my UK address with a USA power cord. And without the wall hanging kit I paid £12 extra for.
Emails sent - complete waste of time
Chat forum - complete waste of time.
I’ve no idea whether the sign actually works as I’ve not been able to test it.
Back to the drawing board for my husbands Christmas gift.

Steer clear is all I can recommend.

First sign I ordered one of the letters did not light up. Took 8 emails to get them to agree to send me a replacement. Next one came, another letter didn't light up. Came completely scratched.
Also come in the most ridiculous packaging which is very difficult to get into.

Awful quality product. Would not recommend. Was meant to be a christmas present and now had to chuck both signs away!!

Ordered this over 2 weeks ago, apparently its still in production. When I contact them they take forever to respond and keep saying its in production and will be sent soon. I asked if I can pay extra to have this process spead up as I urgently need the sign, no response. Seems like a scam to me. Not worth it. Avoid like the plague and pay extra.

Amazing product, so happy with it. Delivery took 13 days in total and I consider this to be quite prompt given that the sign is made to order. Once the order was shipped it arrived quickly. Prices are very cheap compared to different sites I checked so I was initially sceptical however it looks exactly like the mock up on their website and my specifications were followed. The sign was packaged very securely and so it was not damaged upon delivery. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

As with all things I review, would I buy, visit, use them again.

And my answer is yes.

I got exactly what I wanted.

Customer service is terrible but the finished FloMo sign matched all requirements and is good quality for the price.

The business is based in India and not the UK or US as their websites would lead you to believe and I had to complain to get a tracking code, which was then sent the following working day and blamed on a 'production delay', after not hearing anything back for a week after the estimated delivery window despite several emails, a ticket, and Facebook messages.

They have the product side sorted, they just need to improve their communication post-sale

Ordered sign, sign came looks ok except the word drunk due to the font looks like drunle, contact customer service blame me for choosing that font ! then they offered to remake in a different font i chose the font the next response was an offer of 10% off my new sign, an absolute joke of a company avoid unless you like giving your money away

Absolutely outstanding product and service. Exceeded expectations.

Total waste of time.
Offered to make a sign for an OUTRAGEOUS price.
Literally 4x any other bid.
Was told that three times as they continued to contact me repeatedly.
Finally they offered to "match any price."
I am happy with where I'm buying from, but send them the quote.
Then, they asked for the actual quote I'm working from currently, but that didn't satisfy them.
They then asked, and initially I wanted to refuse and wash my hands of them, for the materials and kind of lighting.
I was up front and told them I knew what they were doing, fishing for excuses to go back on their "guarantee to match any price" and told them I would be posting reviews regarding this company BEFORE I got their refusal to honor.
Because I knew this was coming.
I also told them their "product" was inferior to what I was already buying, and their material was not better.
I sent the info requested.
I got this in return.

So yes, they at least admitted the other products and quotes were better materials and yes - dishonestly refused to honor their word.

They are also importing these from India and China - so they will take forever (well over two months) to get here if you are lucky.

Add to that the high chance they will be stopped in customs and taxes and tariffs added you will have to pay for and...

Just stay away, literally EVERY company I got quotes from online and on Amazon (I contacted sellers directly) were superior.

Awful customer support. Was told last week that my order would arrive today. Managed to eventually get hold of someone and they said it hasn’t even left production in INDIA yet! Nightmare. If you want an order within 2 weeks of ordering do not go with this company. They take the absolute biscuit.

It took a while before we finally decided to get a promotional neon sign. I searched for quite a while, and we considered various technologies and pricing. These are generally quite expensive and since our project is a startup, pricing is even more important to us. And since we have a creative project, the sign had to live up to who we are. We decided to try NeonChamp because of the low price and the flexibility of the overall process. Of course we read all the bad experiences from others, but, in our evaluation, we always look at all aspects and place all elements in the equation. Some elements may be more important for one and less for another. After considering all elements, we thought it was ok to take a chance with Neonchamp. First, our design had to be made custom, and I was not even sure they could do it, but, within quite a short time, I got a sample which was quite acceptable to us. And not that much of a price difference. Also, they had sent a coupon code many days prior to our purchase, but the vendor was nice enough to apply it to our order, even though it was past the coupon time. Actually, we thought the custom design would cost a lot more, not at all, we were quite surprised. Then, we realized that we needed the sign fast because we have a show and having the sign would make a big difference, I was not necessarily promised that we would get it on time but they said they would go for it. So they put a rush on the order. And guess what, we received the order today ! One month before our show ! I was totally sure it would not be possible. Now the product ? Well, yes it is not like the glass neon quality this is for sure, but once lighted it rocks, we are very happy with it. It totally works for our purpose and budget. It contains several colors because of the design and the design is quite well represented (it is our logo). The power supply is an overkill, it will never heat up this is for sure, I am totally safe with it. The small controller works perfectly, but you do not absolutely need it. There is a tiny little bit of cleaning to do on the sign, but seriously, they really pulled it off for us to get it so fast, how can I complain about anything. So, I am sorry for people who had bad experiences, but honestly I might get a second sign made with different fonts for other occasions. They deserved our business.
