Neo is great. I'll deff recommend it to why small business trying to solve their website and mail issues easily without spending thousands to create and host a website. 10/10 service but it'll be better if they had a better way of cancelling subscription. I've cancelled my subscription for over a month now and still receive daily mail reminder that my subscription expired.

This site is created by another scammers sitting in endia. Who has suspended my business email account for 1 week. They have charged me the money and also I have purchased the premium version which cost me over $17 AUD. I've contacted their team and they are saying you need to speak to your back to remove the chargeback. Which I have email the bank and they are removing it. But these people are saying we want proof such as screenshot to show you have said that to the bank. I was thinking this email network is run by some pure american but I guess not every person I spoke to is endian their name as follows

None of these people are professional people to deal with and understand that you should not suspend a customer's business email but resolve the issue with a timely manner and respect towards your customers. I guess the country they from there is no respect towards their customers but instead cares more about money not about long time relation with customers.

Neo came highly recommended to me in November of 2025. After copious research I moved my company's website(domain name) and main enterprise email over to the platform.
