I ordered a dragon figure from here for one of my fiancé's birthday presents, it came very quick and it’s absolutely stunning, I put batteries in to make sure it worked and unfortunately it didn’t.

I emailed the team and I got a response pretty quick and is sending me another one out, the whole process has been really smooth and lovely customer service support from Carrie!
