Alex at Neato did an awesome job, great communication, great customer service, even redid the back of my shirt because my lettering image wasnt the best quality. The design came out awesome, especially on a shakawear 7x which are harder to print on. Support these guys because you wont find the same attention to detail or customer service from the more corporate entities.
They rock! Will be doing business with them again.

This company not only has an incredible product--I love their T-shirts, they fit great, wear well, and are super comfortable--but their customer service is top-notch. I bought a T-shirt that only after it arrived did I discover had a misspelling in the artwork. As someone who works in publishing and bought this shirt specifically to wear to production meetings, I knew I'd never wear the shirt with a typo, no matter how much I loved the artwork. I reached out and asked them if they could ask the artist to fix the misspelling, and I'd purchase another copy. The artist quickly fixed it and they sent me a copy at no extra charge and asked me to donate to my favorite charity or to give to a friend. This site has moved to the top of my list of ones to go to first when looking for a new tee for myself or as a gift to others. It's rare these days to find a truly honest company, and this is one of them.

The T -shirt(s) we bought are amazing quality printing, and the customer service is outstanding.

We intially bought the wrong size as a Christmas prez for our son ( our fault).
The owner was incredibly kind and offered to replace the T -shirt with one in the correct size at no charge to us , and asked that we keep or donate the one we mistakenly bought . We donated it to a friends daughter, she was delighted!

This is the type of customer service that is rare to find these days.
So- not only is the product exceptional but they have made loyal fans of us !

Neato Shop is fantastic to work with. High quality shirts with high quality prints printed and shipped as quickly as anyone could reasonably expect a custom item to.

The best part by far, though, is the customer service. I had a minor issue with my order, and Alex took care of it immediately. I was actually kind of shocked because it’s the kind of customer service I’ve grown unaccustomed to.

I’ve had quite a few shirts printed at Neato, and I’ll have quite a few more.

I bought two tees from them, one for the Shining and another for Wednesday and the quality of the shirts was superb and the designs are fab.

First off, because they are a small shop they were willing to make graphic placement cusomizations to the t-shirts I wanted. No one else would do it for me. In addition, the quality of the t-shirt material and the vibrant images is amazing!

Very user friendly website. Customer service was great!! I had to reach out about something with my order and they responded the next day and was very helpful! Will be using them again!

Having used other services and found the quality lacking, I reached out to Alex with Neatoshop to have a one-off custom shirt printed. He worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and I did! The shirt was everything I imagined it to be that the other services missed the mark on. Ever since then I've purchased shirts from various designers on the platform and have worked with Alex for more one-off prints. If I ever have any issues, Alex is quick to correct them, top notch customer service! Highly recommended!

I didn't see a Google review page for this company so I took a chance and only ordered one T-shirt as a sample. Shipping time took about two weeks (Not a problem for me, I understand that not all companies are big companies. Might take less time if you live closer. Mine was shipped from Oregon.). T-shirt size was perfect (Mine was a medium from port & company). The only thing I had a problem with was the printing quality on my shirt. You could see the t-shirt's color seeping in through the words which should have been a solid color. The wording looked like one of my older T-shirts after they've been used and washed for a few months. It didn't give off a "new" feeling. You have the option to return it minus the shipping charges. I'll be keeping mine and will try this company again. Hopefully, my future order will have a better printing quality.

The NeatoShop has a wide array of wonderful designs that can satisfy any interested customer. The designs range from twists on the mainstream to niche subjects and media. The shirts are made of a nice fabric that can hold up to many washings with little fading and wear. Multiple sizes are available, including larger harder to find sizes like 7xl and up. As a large man who has struggled to find well fitting shirts with interesting designs other than the mundane this shop is a true blessing. I have bought multiple shirts from this site and I have been happy with all of them. The one time I had an issue customer service replied in a timely manner and resolved the issue. I have recommended this site to friends and will continue to do so. I am nothing but delighted with my dealings with this site.

Still the best spot for novelty shirt prints. It's been ten years since I placed my first order with NeatoShop after having tried a bunch of competitor sites (ie: Teepublic, Threadless, Qwertee, and a few others), and NeatoShop has remained my go-to ever since. I recommend always getting your print on their Ringspun shirts, best feel and fit if you're more on the athletic build. Designs and print quality is exceptional. The prints really pop, and have gotten numerous compliments time and time again on these shirts 😁
Also, their customer service is exceptional. Any technical issue with a print, Alex is always quick to handle and fantastic to deal with while it gets fixed. Alex is amazingly kind and friendly, and it really shows how NeatoShop stands behind their products 💯

My package got lost in delivery, and NeatoShop was quick to send me a replacement for free. There customer service was polite and efficient.

My guy ordered me the Nolite te Bastardes shirt as a holiday gift, per my request. I love the design but unfortunately the sizing and fit is awful. I’m a pretty standard women’s medium so I got the Unisex small. This is what I’ve always ordered in unisex tees from other companies. But this one is a terrible fit in the neckline where it rides up and doesn’t lay right (while the body is basically ok). I often cut necklines anyway so I tried that but the shoulders stick up. Now I’m trying to alter the shoulder seams to lay flat. It should not be this much work for a $25 tee!! I did not ask my hubs to contact the company as it seemed like too much work, however I am disappointed.
