NCSA College Recruiting Arvostelua 

We’ve had NCSA for my son for two years and we’ve been completely happy with it. Benito has been so helpful reaching out and helping my son to get recruited for baseball.

i reached out this recruiting service in nov.2025. i got setup with a rep to walk through the process. my son was excited and wanted to join the program. my only question to the rep was if the program does not fit what we are looking for can we cancel at anytime without a penalty, the rep direct response was yes you can. i went ahead gave my banking info. we kept the profile for a few months. in december my son decided the service was garbage and no one is actulaay reaching out or helping in no way so we decided we are going to cancel. went to the profile to cancel there was no option to cancel. sent out an email some responded saying a rep will reach out to you regarding the cancellation.
when that rep reach out it was said to me that i was responsible for the 12 months payment on the subscription even if i were to cancel. i said no that was not what the rep said to me when i asked about cancellations. to this day they are still withdrawing the money from my account even if i have stated that they need to stop. the workers there are very unprofessional and liars. i would not recommend this service to anyone who is looking for recruitment services. on top of all many people from my soccer team has said they encountered the same issues with them and to this day they never helped their children such scammers and thieves. do not waste your time and money using their service they are liars.

NCSA has great, knowledgable, well connected coaches and offers many helpful webinars to prep parents and athletes for the recruiting process.

Meeting went really good, set up a good plan and got good feedback.

Coach Panone has been a great person to work with. He keeps it real and has a lot of knowledge of how things work with recruiting and what college coaches are looking for in athletes.

Our NCSA Recruiting coach, Jim Henkle, had been a real help in navigating life after youth hockey. He takes your situation into account and navigates a path that helps you set realistic goals that help you move to the next step. We have been really lucky to have Jim in our corner.

Investing our money with NCSA did not provide results towards an athletic college scholarship. The organization sends countless generic, generated emails on a daily basis, but little information that was useful or helpful for our track athlete. Ultimately, our student pursued other scholarship opportunities on her own.

The site is a useful tool for connecting with prospective coaches. But connecting with our NCSA advisor gives us the ability to talk through our plans (and challenges) live, in real time. He’s been proactive and wonderful. Great experience!

Navigating the recruiting process for college can be tricky. Every sport has a different method and timeline for recruiting, and then every division has their own method and timeline for recruiting. All of this would be very overwhelming to navigate if I did not have the council and guidance of NCSA. The professional tools and coaching that NCSA provides is invaluable when trying to productively and successfully go through this process. We used NCSA the first time for our daughter who's now playing college basketball, and now we are using it a second time for our son who is in the recruiting process for college soccer. The recruiting process for these sports is surprisingly very different and I would have not known where to start had it not been for the wonderful and professional NCSA coaches.

Many people wonder if NCSA Recruiting is worth the money. I totally understand it is an investment but I will say it is totally worth the cost. Once your athlete sets up their profile, they can search on colleges to research if that school is a good fit. They can search on division level, size of the school, academic requirements. They can send emails to coaches and it shows if a coach has opened their email, viewed their profile and/or is following their NCSA journey. Your athlete is assigned a coach to help answer questions you may have and will even have 1:1 meetings with you. These coaches appear to all have been volleyball college athletes themselves and are even current coaches at universities. I hope this helps in your decision of your athlete's recruiting journey and best wishes to your athletes journey and dream.

When we started with Ncsa it wasn't that good we didn't have a coach that even did football stuff now we have coach James he is amazing he was a former football coach and has helped in my recruiting process so much. He talk to me so tha I understand and takes time to make sure my mom and myself understand. He goes above and beyond every phone chat thank you

More or less a scam that hypes its influence trying to make you think your are a player. We were pitched by "Jim" who claimed to play the same position as my son. He said "here is my cell phone, call anytime you want". The cell phone rang to the main number of NSCA and "Jim" was no longer with the company a month later. Personal coaching is the best place to put your money.

Coach Amanda knows our family and knows our daughter. She listens and remember. She speaks to our daughter as if she knew our daughter as one of Coach Amanda’s own field players.

We love NCSA!!! My daughter is a Sophomore now and we are really happy with everything NCSA has to offer. Ashley has been awesome to work with. She is always there when we need her. We recommend NCSA to everyone who ask what recruiting site we use.

Coach Carrillo again was great to talk to. He has a wealth of information navigating recruiting. We have really enjoyed working with him and are looking forward to learning more about chasing this dream.

Coach Brian is fantastic. Our interactions with him in the last year and a half of our student athlete's recruitment journey have been marked by his consummate professionalism, honest and specific advice and feedback and consistent reliability. Coach Brian truly took the time to get to know the person our athlete is and constantly provided advice, guidance and timely answer to questions. Our interactions have helped fuel to confidence in our family's decision making and I recommend the experience highly

If I could give zero stars I would. This program is a scam. They do not care about your child. They care about money and do not disclose the “agreement” up front to you when you sign up with your “coach”. I am very disappointed honestly. The customer service lady I spoke to was extremely rude and sarcastic and not helpful at all. Do you research before your call with your “coach” so you know what you’re getting into. It’s all a big propaganda for money. I highly recommend researching this company before going forward. If we would have, we wouldn’t have ever took their call.
