Very pleased with product and delivery

Ordered 2 items, over £70 in value. Items have not arrived. Emailed, no reply. Phoned, number "not available". It may not be a coincidence, but my bank card details were also stolen shortly after i made this purchase. I suspect from reading other reviews that this is a scam. I bought using PayPal so will wait for them to investigate further.

This company is a complete scam, do not buy from there! I made a purchase for 2 items for £62 and said they would deliver between 3-6 days and we’re now on day 14 with no response. There contact information gives a number and email to which I’ve had no response. The phone numbers rings twice then straight to voicemail and I’ve emailed over 5 times and still no reply. Please do not buy off there they’re a scam!

This is a copy of an email I have sent to Nature's Balance this morning which explains just how appalling their customer service is. Now that I have seen all the other dissatisfied customer reviews, I will be reporting them to my bank for fraud in the hope that they will recoup my £65.30!! Absolutely disgusting! Just ripping people off left right and centre!

Dear Sir/Madam

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed to once again have to contact you regarding my outstanding order, which I have yet to receive. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out via email, Nature’s Balance has not had the courtesy to respond to a single one of my messages. This level of neglect is utterly unacceptable.

As a result of this poor service, I will not be ordering from your company again, and I will be sharing my experience on social media platforms such as Trust Pilot, Twitter and Instagram, to ensure others are aware of the appalling customer service I have encountered.

I demand an immediate refund of £65.30. If I do not receive a response from your team by the end of today, I will be forced to report this issue to my bank and pursue a fraud claim. This situation is completely unacceptable and cannot be allowed to continue.

I expect prompt action on this matter.

NO ANSWER RECEIVED!!!!

Ordered on 28th February 2025. No delivery. No update. Nothing.
No response to multiple emails and the telephone number just cuts off.

Have now had to report to the bank as a fraudulent transaction.

What a shockingly badly organised company.
I ordered some items over a week ago and had to chase them for a shipping update.
I was told they didn’t have the stock and were waiting for their supplier to ship it.
I explained they should have made it clear on their website if they didn’t have the stock so customers could make an informed decision on whether to buy from them or not.
Then I get an email saying they have got the stock and it’s been shipped.
I said I hadn’t received any shipping notification on my to get another email completely contradicting the previous one.
While their replies were very polite they are incompetent and delivering a really poor customer service experience.
My advice if you want a smooth transaction and delivery is that you buy from another retailer.

The worst service

Scam! Genuinely couldn’t believe it, the website looks legitimate but look at the contact numbers if you’re doubtful they just call out as they’re mobile numbers. There’s no 24/7 contact. Took my money for a product and didn’t receive anything and can’t get in touch with them now.

Took my money, then sent me an email 1 week later saying that the product is not in stock, my order has been cancelled but not refunded!! The item is still showing as in stock on the website, terrible!! Now I have to try and get my money back from a company that doesn't respond to emails and the phone number is out of service.

I feel I might have been scammed. Order has not been delivered in the time frame and I have tried to contact via email and phone call multiple times with no response. I have no idea where my order is but they have taken my money.

Easy to order and a good selection of products

They delivered as they said they would.

Nearly a week after payment, no dispatch or delivery of product. Mobile phone number goes straight to message. No reply to email. Don't order from this scam website.

Placed an order last week, they message me fairly quickly to say “one of your items isn’t in stock so do you want to proceed with your order or cancel it?” I was at least relieved there was communication, but after responding to them, they have ghosted me since. I have sent numerous emails now that are being entirely ignored.
So I have no items sent to me and they’ve kept my money, they’ve not cancelled the order, and have gone completely silent.
It’s a scam, I suggest you completely AVOID this website. I’m going to see how I can get my money back via the bank.
