Order was fulfilled accurately and in a timely fashion.

I trust you. You care.

Service was great! Super happy they gave me the CoAs on testing done. I like to be sure. Great product and great service.

Very timely delivery, quickly replaced one item that had been damaged in transit, friendly, good products. Trying mushroom smoothie for the first time - it was very decent, LOL!

Fast, efficient, delivery. Sad I never got the 20% First Order discount email but yeah, all good. Can't wait to use the powders.

This is an incredible product! I wanted to find a more natural way of tinting buttercreams, sugar paste, and fondant.........this is definitely the way to do that! It has a lovely, natural color and adds a great taste.

In general, I had loved their products. Unfortunately , not long ago they changed the look and name of their Sleep Boost. The photo, to me, was deceptive since I had purchased the formula before in the older packaging. The photo made it look like the bottles were the same size, however when I received the new version, the bottle was much smaller and there were only 60 capsules, down from 90 (no price change). Recently I purchased several bottles of their SOD and two of the Intelligent Skin (both on sale). Several days after I placed the order, another email came out regarding a change in their sales policy (making it sound like it was hurting their profits) and another regarding my order. All of the SOD I’d ordered was cancelled and refunded. No reason given, leading me to assume it must have cut to much into their bottom line. If they were out, they could have notified me and they COULD have sent them out later. I have no problem with a business changing their sales format; I do take issue in the sequence of these events. Just the whole manner in which this was done, the seeming lack of honor in their ordering process, and the complete lack of explanation or apology (the SOD was for several people) soured me. I, sadly, will be unsubscribing and looking for another supplier.

Did quite well with sending emails in between is where my package was enroute.

Shipped and arrived on time. Thank you

Easy to order, timely delivery and the product is awesome.

The website was quick and simple to use. The shipping was extremely quick and the product quality is excellent as usual. I was disappointed to see a promotional email for "buy two get one free" on the cordyceps the day after I received my shipment. I purchased two but did not receive a free one. Oh well, maybe next time.

The products are the best I have ever found in my shopping around the world, but there is a logistical problem. There is some difficulty in finding a method that makes the product reach me. It's not as simple as it looks and I'm willing to help, because I want the product and I work in the logistics field.

As always the product excels the expectation

Great quality and quick delivery.
