Brilliant product (low weight and small dimensions for my laptop bag with 2 usb-c slots pushing out 100W) and speedy delivery. What more would I need. Saved 30g compared to my previous charger.

Good product - bad customer service
Good product - bad customer service
My order was split, any contact with the what’s app, they never answer without 5 questions being asked, they they still could not tell me my order was split, half from U.K. and half from Hong Kong. No appology, will not purchase again.
Please do not act surprised, as last night you had another WhatsApp conversation, which lead to nowhere, your customer service is lead by Botts, not people

Hello,
We’re genuinely heartbroken to hear about the frustration with your split order and the communication hiccups. Our team strives to respond on WhatsApp within 1 hour, but during peak times or public holidays, it may take a bit longer, and we’re so sorry for any disappointment this caused. We choose shipping locations like the UK or Hong Kong based on stock availability to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, and we deeply regret not making this clearer. Your feedback means the world to us, and we’d love the chance to make this right for you in the future. Thank you for letting us know how we can improve.

I’m very happy with my new desk mat; it suits very well with my Mac and helps to organize my space.
Also I bought a classic band for my watch and it’s amazing how leather helps to keep away alergias and brings a smooth feeling.

Well designed, hard wearing kit
Have multiple products from Native Union, this one was a MagSafe battery pack, which performs well and looks great (very thin) attached to the phone. I have only had one issue with a product from NU and that was resolved and replaced without fuss. I would recommend them without reservation
