App doesn’t work , it’s pointless. Cannot show live trains from St Pancras to Ashford . Not the first time I’ve had trouble this app.

The worst company ever I m not sure how they can sleep at night knowing they ruining everyone days . Everything cancelled , delayed there was not a day with no delays

Went to get the last train. The train had been cancelled so they said get the bus. The bus decided it would leave early.

I spoke to Liam in charge and he lied and said he was stood at the bus when it left on time even though I spoke to the bus driver across the street and he said the bus left early.

Told me nothing they will do so left me stranded in Manchester or get a very expensive taxi back.

I'd give zero stars again several times later we have had sons rail card rejected, I've called few times, I've reloaded documents and still rejected , now complaints gone in and ombudsman I have contacted , we are disabled you have distressed me so much exellerated my illnesses to the full.

Just absolutely rubbish, nuff said

And then I’m redirected to the home page to enter new start point and destination.

What a disgrace of a website

National Rail does not recognise most of the underground stations in London. When planning a journey the website sends you around London just to get to one stop.
Please can your IT workers get training in knowing and inputting the name of underground lines at least in London.
National Rail website is a disgrace to UK. It is worst than TFL...

Always always a continually terrible service, I hate uk trains so much. I always miss connections and am always late. An absolute disgrace, who ever is at the top making the big bucks should be ashamed

No matter where you’re going, what day or time, your train will either be cancelled or delayed. Often all of my trains on a journey are delayed, for example today I have had one cancelled and the remaining 3 of 3 delayed. So expensive and you absolutely cannot rely on it. I avoid as much as possible - it’s better to drive and pay parking.

As usual trains delayed no seats crap service. When will the Government wake up to how rubbish they are.

The most expensive rail services in Europe by far with the worst service. Until this is nationalised the UK rail services is only going in one direction, in the gutter. Delays on delays, other countries manage to get problems sorted out very quickly but not in the UK, everything moves at snail pace with National Rail.

Failed to show platform the train was departing from making me miss my connection! Ref 19.38 Pad to Didcot Parkway.

10 min later it still doesn’t show platform after train left.

Very poor app. Won’t bother using this crap app again

just got back from brighton where wife had heart attack all british rail staff where excellant got us on a earlier train wheel chair waiting at every station for us amazing customer service

Dire new website. It does not clarify names of optional cheap day tickets that are available leaving me as a customer without a clear option, Given the way the operators are now making people criminals simply for us getting wrong tickets due to their poor instruction - I believe they are running a scam. We need a robust regulator to sort out the mess of our railways!

Train from Birmingham new street to Ipswich cancelled no notification until you arrive at the station reason for cancellation “not enough staff/train drivers” REALLY? even after the 22% pay rise they received! Then the replacement bus service doesn’t even take you to the destination that you was originally told! What a disgrace, this train service is p*** poor .Will avoid using this service for any further away matches we attend!

The new app is extremely poor, clunky and not user friendly. The app often tells me that there are no trains for my journeys! As I live in London and use the same service frequently at the same times each day I know that this is not true! No wonder people aren’t using trains as much as they could. I suggest National Rail demands compensation from the company that developed this app as well as getting them to fix it, and does this as soon as possible.

It rarely works. Often freezes. Is no longer user friendly. Why has the team who rolled out the latest version not been sacked and the system restored to what it was before?

I bought a three year senior rail card for £70 which was a con! Trains are cancelled, late, over crowded, or have fare evading anti-social miscreants on board. SO DON'T BUY ONE!
