My fiance did tons of research prior to purchasing my engagement ring from Natalie Diamonds in June of 2020. Fast forward to October 2021, he tells me to look for a wedding band I like as we are getting married in February of 2022. I figured I'd check out ND first to see if they had a matching band to my engagement ring. Welp, when I typed in the website it didn't pop up. I thought maybe I typed it wrong so I googled it. And that's when I discovered THEY ARE A SCAM!!! I sat there in silent disbelief for what seemed like eternity before I broke the news to my man that the beautiful diamond engagement ring he bought for me was likely a fake. The very next day I went to a jewelry store to have them test the diamonds. Boom, within the first minute the word "moissanite" came out of his mouth. Holy crap. We did confirm with a reputable jeweler that the gold was real. I sent ND a carefully crafted email that, no surprise to me, was immediately kicked back as undeliverable. Shocker. I will be contacting our financial institution Monday morning to file a fraud claim. I'll also be calling the Florida Attorney General. I already tried writing a review on the BBB but they're not an accredited business with them so it won't let me (unless I did it wrong?). I'm on a mission to make this right!! DON'T SEND YOUR RING BACK TO THEM if you do get ahold of them and they ask you to send back! Natalie Diamonds SHAME ON YOU!!

So last year December I was looking for rings to pop the big question I found Natalie Diamonds and a wonderful sale they was having. As I as buying the ring I noticed you can finance it so I decided to go that rout since I didn’t know exactly when I will propose and I didn’t want to hold onto the ring because we live together and I didn’t want her to find it. I put a down payment of 351.90 and secured the sale they had at the time. Fast forward September 13 2021 I decided how and when to propose so it was time to pay the remainder of the balance. I emailed them and asked to pay the full balance no response I called and the phone is not working. I looked all over social media for them and nothing. Now looking into these reviews I find out they are no longer in business and I guess they was selling fake diamonds good think I didn’t pay the full price. But what about my down payment how do I get this back. This is terrible now I have to restart in looking for a ring etc.

I’d give Natalie Diamonds a negative 100 if that was possible! I ordered a 1.70 ct cushion cut diamond, .25 ct diamond twist engagement ring, with a twist .25 ct diamond band to match in 18k white gold back in June 2020. A year later I tried to contact ND as my 18k white gold was turning yellow and they did not respond via email and they never answer their phone, it just rings and rings. So I took it to a local jeweler only to find ALL of the diamonds are fake, CZs! I went to another jeweler for an appraisal and they confirmed the diamonds were CZs! I’ve got the “real” appraisal. ND sent me an email about a month and a half later asking me what the issue was with my ring so I told them and they’ve ghosted me! They are crooks and criminals! I’m working with my credit card company to get my money back by filing a fraud claim! I also paid import taxes that were deducted from my 2020 tax return on fake diamond rings! I contacted the BBB and the law! This company needs to be sued and punished for all the people they’ve scammed, which I’m working on, along with other folks that were scammed by ND! If you’ve been scammed please follow through with pursuing justice by contacting the law, etc as mentioned in other posts on here.

I trusted Natalie Diamonds and purchased three rings in one year. Only a few weeks ago I had one appraised and it turned out to be fake. The other two also had nothing to do with diamond. They were moissanite. And now the company just disappeared from the earth.

Like everyone else I just had my 1.5 carat diamond appraised and it turns out it only weighs 1.2 carats and it is likely synthetic! The company has now disappeared completely…. Completely criminal and I for one will be looking to start a class action suit and filing criminal charges against the company and the owner who lives in Florida…

Please note that Natalie Diamonds has been leaving responses to contact them but nobody answers when you email and the phone rings in to nowhere!!! Complete scam!!! Contact the local authorities, the Florida attorney general, the Israeli consulate, and anyone else you can think of and put this scumbag out of business!!!

Update: Natalie diamonds contacted me and told me to send the ring into a NJ address which comes up as “Armada Moissenite”. Funny because that’s what the fake ring was probably made of. They received the ring three days ago and now I have been cut off by all communication with the customer service rep who had emailed me and told me if it was fake they would issue a refund. The customer service number does not ring into anywhere at either place. Natalie Diamonds I feel is a complete scam and I will be filing charges at every levels possible. If anyone has had this kind of problem please contact me at 814-730-3817 as I will be initiating a class action suit against the company, the owner, and the Israeli appraisal company that “verified” the diamond.

UPDATE #2: If you've been scammed like me, contact the Florida attorney general and file a complaint. I appears they need at least one more formal complaint to open a case against Uri Zohar. The number is 1-850-414-3990. Also file charges with your local law enforcement and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission online and the Israeli consulate since this is where the fraud is originating from. Don't let this go!!!! We can shut this company down and put this scumbag in jail!!!

My ring was returned for an upgrade and the company disappeared. My fiancé was forced to purchase a new ring because we are getting married in a matter of weeks. We also questioned the authenticity of the gold since there was no stamp inside the band that indicated 18K gold. As of now, we don't have a ring, fake or otherwise. Disappointed to say the least.

My husband bought a 2 carat diamond eternity ring from Natalie Diamonds in April 2021 for our 17th anniversary. After nearly 3 weeks I received it and on the advice of my husband took it to a GIA certified jeweler to verify the diamonds. The jeweler ran 2 tests and verified that the ring is all MOISSANITE! I called Natalie Diamonds and they just said that I have 45 days to send it back to get refunded. It took 3 months before I was finally able to reach someone to give me an address (other than a P.O. box ) to return it to. In fact, it wasn't until I posted my first negative review that someone named David emailed me in July with an address to return the ring for a refund. I asked if they would send a prepaid label and they refused, so I had to pay over $100 to ship this ring back! It has been a month since I returned the ring and I still have no refund! No one has returned my emails or phone calls! I feel that the fraudulent nature and pathetic customer service of this company is criminal. Do not risk buying "diamonds" from this company just because they offer better prices, and if you have already purchased anything from Natalie Diamonds, please make sure you have the diamonds authenticated by a jeweler as from other reviews I have read I am not the first customer who has experienced this.
If anything changes with my experience I will be happy to update this review, but for now, stay far away from this company or any of its affiliates.

Ordered a ring and turned out to be a moissanite. I called when I ordered it and they said they used to have a supplier that gave them fakes but they worked it out. He assured me it was double checked and is real natural diamond. The certificate says natural earth mined and i took it to my jeweler and it is not.

I do not understand how this company can continue business. They are selling fake diamonds and fake gold rings. Clearly they know that’s what they are doing from so many complaints regarding the same topic filed with Better Business Bureau.

Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. Great communication throughout, ring as described. 4 stars only because we were told shipping was free of charge.

I was a little nervous making a large purchase on-line but it turned out to be a great experience. The styling was just what I was looking for. Simple, elegant and a great value. My girlfriend/fiance loved the engagement ring. The lighted ring box was charming. I would recommend Natalie Diamonds.

I was told there was free shipping and now I’m receiving a letter from FedEx that I owe 129.80 for shipping. I spoke to a Natalie’s costumer service person about this and he said he would try and fix it . I’m still receiving letters from fedex and I’m pretty sure it’s going to make a mark on my credit report.😡

I took the ring into a local jewelry store to have a guard put on it and the owner whom I knew asked where I got it and I told him and he said “Mike” I hate to tell you this but that’s not a real diamond, let me test it right here in front of you”
Well he looked at it under the microscope first and said it had a big scratch on the face and said “Diamonds don’t scratch”! Then he got a test meter out and held it against it and it said “Moissanite”?
I immediately with him standing there pulled up the receipt for the ring and showed him the specs on it and called Natalie’s customer service and politely explained the situation and your representative said and I gave it on recording “Yes we did have some problems with a Diamond supplier, I will email you a postage paid label to send it back for inspection and refund”! I’m still waiting for the label! I stood there in front of my friend and cried, what an awful terrible feeling that I gave my bride to be a fake ring! I hope n pray this was indeed an accident and you make things right! I love that ring and so does my fiancé
I don’t want a refund, I just want a real Diamond of the same quality I was promised! What an awful tragedy! My friend the jewelry store owner stood there telling me that over the past six months this has been a growing scam! I sure hope this isn’t the case cause I’m one of those guys that doesn’t give up for justification! Please make this right!

Delivered everything as promised. Very smooth and pleasant process throughout especially working directly with an associate to get my answers to questions I had.

I got my fiance a beautiful ring for way less then other companies were selling for, and it came with certificate. She was very pleased. It even had a box with an led light
