Több mint 2 hete rendeltem hordozót tőlük és semmi sem történt, a csomag sehol. Azóta 2-szer írtam Nekik, de arra sem válaszoltak. Pénzem sehol, rendelés sehol. Nagyon nem ajánlott tőlük rendelni.
Ordered two baby carrier tshirts and they keep ignoring my request for a return. They ignore emails and keep closing the ticket. This is unethical but more importantly, illegal.
I ordered the baby carrier after i saw it being used for my niece. It arrived safely and i particularly appreciated the delivery updates i got. It's a very practical carrier and i quite like it more than the one i owned before.
My only suggestion is, would it be possible to adjust the bottom part where the baby's legs divide? I find that when carrying my LO front facing, it's not very comfortable because of the wide separation. Otherwise it's brilliant!

Waited such a long time for delivery only for the bras to be nothing like the size that they should be. So complete waste of time. Emailed to complain and no reply to that either.

Ordered the carrier and some nursing bra's on the 8th july.. baby is due any day now and it's still not arrived🥲 currently 29th july. Keep getting update emails to say out for delivery, has been delivered.. etc etc but nothing has arrived. I'll keep hoping as it was a really expensive order! £111 in total 😳 and it took over a week to ship out according to their tracking system..
The green shirt is great, material and size.. didn't like the gray, different material and size is not the same. Thought that it's all the same,turns out it isn't
Product looks really great, I didn't get to test it out yet. What I was not happy about was that it took very long to arrive.

We have not sent you any email saying your order arrived. The last delivery update came directly from the carrier (Yanwen / Swiss Post), which marked the parcel as "Misdirected" on May 30. This means the package was incorrectly delivered by the local courier — not by us, and the issue is fully traceable on the carrier's tracking system.
Just a few hours ago, we personally reached out to you with all the carrier details, contact information for Swiss Post, and asked you to confirm your delivery address so we can coordinate the recovery of the package with the courier right away.
