Conned out of £18
Like many others, I had no idea I was subscribing to this company via Trainline until I noticed an £18 charge on my debit card. I've emailed their customer services to cancel but I'm not hopeful for getting my 18 quid back. Disgraceful business practice.
EDIT: I'd actually had 2 x £18 taken but this has all now been refunded. I'd like to applaud them for that but then they shouldn't have taken it in the first place without first making it ABUNDENTLY clear what I was signing up for.

Should use everyone
I really enjoy using Mytime Rewards for cashback, but sometimes my purchases from Boots are not registered automatically. When I contact customer service about this issue, I often don’t receive a response.
Moreover, it would be great if we could buy gift cards with a discount as well.

Sure this is a scam, hoping you forget about it. Didn’t know I had joined sent no reminder coming to the end of my alleged 30 days trial period, fist time I noticed when two £18 payments left my account within two weeks
Reported to credit card company and cancelled with myrewards. After reading the probable AI response, look at how many negative reviews you have regarding joining your service. No smoke without fire, still believe this is a scam avoid.

Misleading Cashback Offer and Terrible Customer Servicery disappointed with My Time Rewards…
Very disappointed with My Time Rewards and honestly this feels like a scam.
I signed up on Sunday after seeing an advertisement directly on the Lookfantastic website saying that if I joined My Time Rewards and made a purchase on Lookfantastic, I would receive £15 cashback. Because of this offer, I placed an order on 17 May and spent £164.80, believing I would receive the cashback promised in the advertisement.
After purchasing, I tried multiple times to upload my Lookfantastic receipt on the My Time Rewards website, but the system would not allow me to do it. Then today I received an email saying that I would only be eligible for cashback after a second purchase. This was NEVER made clear before signing up or purchasing.
This is extremely misleading and dishonest marketing. Customers are encouraged to spend money believing they will receive cashback, only to later discover hidden conditions that were not properly explained.
I also contacted My Time Rewards customer service, and the experience made everything even worse. The representative I spoke to was rude, dismissive, unhelpful, and showed absolutely no empathy or willingness to solve the issue. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I feel completely misled and taken advantage of by these third-party companies that Lookfantastic allows to advertise on their website. Because of this experience, I honestly do not think I will shop with Lookfantastic again either.
People should be very careful before signing up for these cashback offers because the advertising is extremely misleading.

Customer Service
I waited for a few weeks for my purchase to track, but it didn’t, so I had to contact the company to get them to manually register it, which I managed to do after a few back and forths. This process took over a month.
When I then applied for the monthly bonus (around a month later) I was informed that the window to apply has expired. I explained that I had been unable to apply earlier due to their error, but my appeal was ignored and I was unable to claim it.

What a f#ckin scam, i click receive cash back on train line and am signed up to a free trial with complete save and these tossers i had my bank cancel the complete save subscription as it showed up in my subscriptions but these mugs just took my money with no prior warning. What a SCAM. Just go f#ck yourselfs.

I have no idea how this company got my bank details, they have taken 36 pounds and I can’t access my stuff called account. Managed to cancel by an automated phone call but will see if this has really happened…. What a con!!!!
In response to company, I have since been in touch with my bank who were able to tell me that through purchasing a ticket from Trainline I must have clicked a ‘save money’ button…. By doing this I gave access to my bank details via Trainline…. All I wanted was a train ticket!! My bank has put a block on the company and told me that they frequently have to put blocks on for other customers experiencing the same problem with Mytimerewards!

Predatory subscription trap targeting consumers
Avoid at all costs! I was unknowingly signed up for BOTH "My Time Rewards" and "Complete Savings" after a simple online booking. I live in Ireland and have been charged £36 (€42) EVERY MONTH (£18 for Mytimerewards and same £18 for Complete Savings) form past 8 months without using the service once. This is predatory billing designed to bleed bank accounts dry. I have filed a formal complaint (by sending email to both services). If not resolved immediately, I will be escalating this to the CCPC and ECC Ireland. I have cancelled both subscripts now (Cancellation Refs: 69323474 & s-69323432).

I too have been having £18 taken from my account from having a direct debit for my train swift card.. this is sneakily taken somehow for months I have asked for this money to be returned to my account...and if not I will raise a dispute with my bank..the rail company should have this taken off there direct debit form..There is far too many complaints about this and should be reported to watchdog..Reply to my Reply... You have used my bank details to take money from my account from setting up a direct debit for my rail card..I haven't got a direct debit for my time rewards and yet you still manage to take money from my account...I wish to have this money repaid to my account or I shall take this further...
