Myshowplates Arvostelua

Used them for years. Great service.and quality. Just ordered another set on Friday. Got them Monday. Say no more...!

Order placed, money taken and number plates have not arrived.

Website displays a same day dispatch. Not the case for me.

No answer on the phone number displayed on the website. Still awaiting an update.

WARNING DO NOT USE! I have received 2 number plates from them both were defective with air bubbles under them. I have had to send them back and they expect the customer to pay postage. Still haven’t had my refund. They claim excellent customer service I have had to prompt them twice now to even respond. Will now have to get PayPal involved to get my money back. Never again it’s been a real hassle. They now responded to PayPal to delay the matter of giving me my refund.

Whatever you do, be aware their phone number is not a mobile number. 07700 numbers are a high charge rate premium number. You are going to get billed to speak with them.

Plates took a long time to arrive but that was out of their hands, was dealt with very professionally and would use again

Order placed nearly 2 weeks ago, confirmation email received and money left my account. No sign of the plates, emails are going unanswered and phone number is just ringing.

Since this review was posted the company have contacted me and claimed it was the fault of Royal Mail that my order wasn’t delivered (it still hasn’t) they did refund me in full when I requested. Since the refund they have contacted me numerous times asking me to remove this review, they have even tried asking Trustpilot to remove it claiming it was supposed to be against a different company. I’m leaving the review up as I believe they only finally contacted me because of the review.

at first the plates didn't arrive, this was a post office error and eventually new plates were sent which arrived promptly.. the plates look great and i would use the company again

Very helpful and made the number plate exactly as was required

good quality plates , thicker than usual show plates , came with plenty of bolts/screws and double sided sticky tape , these plates are not going to crack or fall off , highly recommended , will use again

Absolutely brilliant firm.
So good in today's world that a firm and its staff take the time to check that the order is correct.
Great communication as well.
Will definitely recommend and use again.
Great
A very satisfied customer.
Regards Shaun

Husband ordered two sets of plates over Christmas. Dispatch emails received on the 27th December with tracking showing guaranteed by 1pm and we are still waiting! Have emailed twice with no response. Should have gone to Halfords!

Had several orders over several years. Always prompt delivery. Had a slight issue with one plate that was promptly rectified. Would recommend!

I must say well worth six stars if i could, website so easy and shows you exactly what you make, easy pay, and reasonable, i stupidly made a mistake and they was happy to change it ( you dont get that service anymore ) arrived in next day and already fitted

whoever you are THANK YOU showplates for being on the Ball

Company doesn’t respond to emails and they don’t answer the phone . Communication is terrible. I paid for next day delivery by 1pm and it has not arrived. I would not recommend using this company after my experience.

Do NOT order from these guys. Ordered plates 8 days ago and still haven't received. Have sent 3 emails asking for update or refund and now they have gone silent. Absolute joke of a company. Communication was within an hour initially (if not a little sarcastic) from the owner and now nothing. He is very quick on every email to tell you how they have been going for 20 years though. Not sure they will make another 20 with their service or attitude.

Honestly if you looking for a hassle free transaction in buying a number plate or their other stock, then use Myshowplates.
I am old school and still believe in customer service and expect it when I part with my money. I was kept informed of my order and it was delivered very quickly.
I was impressed and will buy from them again.

Great quality plates and service, arrived today having ordered 2 or 3 days ago. Will definitely use your service again

Avoid these guys if you want UK legal number plates, or indeed the plates you ordered.

I’ve used this company for years on all my bikes, vans and cars, excellent quality and service..
Will never use anyone else, prompt delivery..

Awful quality plates. Sent the plates back for a refund as agreed.
They signed for the return of the plates and they still did not provide the refund.
