It was quick, easy and took minimal time.

Really negative, unfortunately. Placed my first order and had a very bumpy experience. First of all, I ordered some lollipops that were listed as available on the website, but got contacted about a week later saying that product was not available and I had to pick another one, which was of course more expensive. The approval process was just painful, getting it wrong time after time. Finally the lollipops were delivered and turned out fine.

I thought it was just a coincidence and my first experience was not the best so I gave them a second chance. And for my second order, same thing. This time the website promised a delivery date, but turns out the shipping date is 3 days after the promised delivery date. Plus, they got the design wrong again.

Just save yourself a headache and find another vendor. Putting an event together is already difficult enough.

Monique worked closely with me to adjust quantities, explore different logo and imprint options, consolidate our quotes, and keep the complete order within our budget. She even identified an available discount and adjusted the order so we could maximize the number of promotional items while staying within our spending limit.

What I appreciated most was her attention to detail and willingness to work through every question and change without making the process feel difficult. Communication was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful from beginning to end.
