Bad Customer Service

Purchased an Icom radio, it had problems with the automatic squelch which were confirmed by an Icom tech rep who told me to return it. I returned it at my expense since I didn't want another radio with automatic squelch. I never received a refund despite my RMA and confirmation that they received the bad radio. Rep said she'd elevate it to a manager, but was never refunded and never heard back. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company which was resolved in my favor.
EDIT AFTER REVIEW WAS REBUTTED: Check records for RA# 120636. Purchase made under different name / email address.

We believe that this review was meant for another company. We do not have any customers by the name Levi Grosso. And, we have never received any return by any person with the last name Grosso. We have gone through any Icom radio returns in the last 180 days and none have a first name Levi or a last name Grosso. In fact, the last return by a "Levi" was back in 2024 and it was a totally different last name and for a t-shirt.

Great shipping prices

I only needed a small item and I really appreciated not having to pay an outrageous shipping cost. Otherwise I would have kept looking around.

Easy to navigate

Easy to navigate, good descriptions. The only issue is that with the shipping cost I could buy the same items on Amazon much cheaper

DC ONE-X Headset

I worked with an associate at the MyPilotstore to expedite the shipment of my new Headset and I received it in a few days, very pleased with the customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a pen for my father’s birthday. Pen never came, and I ended purchasing a different pen for my father at a brick and mortar art store. I go back and forth with customer service for months asking for a refund. I get a different customer service rep each time I email - all of whom were of no help whatsoever. I was told to check with my neighbors to see if the package was delivered to a different address by mistake. No such luck, and also who does that?! Just refund me! Then after weeks of back and forth they finally tell me they opened up an investigation with USPS. All the while, no confirmation of the refund I had requested and rightfully deserved. I’ll never see that money again. Going to report this company to the BBB. Total SCAM!
