Products do not arrive and no support exists
I somehow got an email to say 'shipped' but the next day one to say 'being produced.' It supposedly dispatched 8 days ago now, but no sign of it and it's totally impossible to get someone to speak to about this to get help or action a refund.

Scamming company I’ve already written a review before because they didn’t get me my package then they replied said let us help and they said they would re deliver it for an extra £3 and never sent it scamming company do not buy from these people wasted my time and money.

Deformed case - no support contact
Item was delivered and not as advertised. The product was also deformed, where one corner did not wrap around the phone correctly. Submitted all relevant forms, but non responsive. There is no option for reviewing the product on their website so the issues remain hidden

Package never arrived, fedex lost ot, when I contacted the company to get a refund they gave me the runaround and asked the same questions over and over again.
I would NOT recommend buying from this company. I'm still waiting for my refund.

My order has not arrived
I've ordered in the past without any issues, however this time my order was shipped on 1 October by Royal Mail and it hasn't arrived. I've tried al ways to contact the company - emails bounce back and on social media I get an automated response to fill out a form but I can't as I never set up an account and just paid through PayPal - so this is the last resort. Please don't respond with 'fill in this form' as I've already said I don't have an account with a password. Please send me my 2 x cases or issue a refund. Very unhappy customer that was once a very happy customer.

Very low quality
Sent plain text on a yellow background, it's ridiculously grainy on just one solid colour, text is blurry and that's just on a very basic design.

I've had to buy another case now so I'm waiting for that I just don't Understand this company why lie to people with the delivery dates if u know u can't get people's order within a day or a couple of days, don't take the money for express delivery and tell people that there order might take a month and then people might not give u one star u because u never lied I don't know how the product is becuse I not got it yet but when it does I will do anther review on it
