Obvi Arvostelua

Be careful when purchasing. They claim money back guarantee however the Contact Us is AI answers telling you to call them to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization. This phone is never answered and you have to leave a message. They never call back. If you return this product for a refund d without the RMA you will not get your refund.

First claim i put in the dealer said " who the hell is obvi?" i told him it was the best canada extended warrantee i could find. he reply was " We'll see". he called in for the approval of the replacement of the crankshaft reluctor wheel at a cost of approximately $1700 and irt was approved and the work completed. THANKS OBVI!!!! will definitely recommend IBVI to anyone that has a 10 year or newer vehicle.

If I could give this company a huge negative score, I would.

I placed an order on June 1, 2026, and received an email stating that it would ship within 48 hours. That did not happen.

On June 5, 2026, after contacting the company for an update, I was told that the order should ship within 72 hours of the order date. Again, that did not happen.

Because my order had still not shipped, I requested a cancellation and refund on June 5, 2026. I received no response. I followed up with additional cancellation requests on June 7, June 8, and June 9, 2026, and again received no response regarding my refund request.

Finally, on June 9, 2026, I received a reply stating that my order would ship shortly. However, the company completely ignored my repeated requests to cancel the order and refund my money.

The lack of communication, failure to meet the stated shipping timelines, and refusal to address multiple cancellation requests have made this a very frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Ordered from here. No confirmation email, no updates, no product. Customer service is a robot. My product hasnt been shipped but they will not cancel my order. Once i mention refund, they state it is not refundable as I am international then cease responding further. Never buy from this place. Scammers.

I bought a $50 fat burner supplement bottle from this company on May 6. I was charged promptly, but now on June 2nd, I still have not received this product (I am in Toronto, Canada). I have emailed them, I have signed up for tracking updates from DHL and I was told the product did not even get shipped. This is highly frustrating and frankly I feel scammed. I sent them an email and I was told they are escalating this concern. Its been 3 days and no one has reached out to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT MAY BE A SCAM.

Shocking customer care, do not reply to emails! Order got lost and they refuse to refund saying it's not their fault! Absolutely disgusting customer service! Do not purchase anything from this sham of a company

I took this product as directed for 1 month. I experimented no weight loss or increase in energy. My appetite was as it was before. Absolutely no benefit for me unfortunately.

Do not Order from Obvi, I place my order April 10,2026 they charged my credit card the same date, but as of today May 13,2026 no product, I send them and email to cancel my order and they said my order is already in transit and is not true the label was created and that is all, no more information and they don't want to cancel I called them and no one answer you need to leave a message and they would call you, but when I have already dispute this with my bank, because they claim is only 5 days shipping and is not true.

I bought obvi collagenic burn and it gave me constant heartburn, didn't list cayenne pepper in ingredients but under the nutritional part which made it easy to miss (and I'm allergic, now I know why I was so miserable) and it dried out my skin so badly my throat was starting to hurt from being dry even with drinking lots of water, and I was chaffing everywhere. This is about 3 weeks into it I realized this product was causing the issues. It only curbed my appetite a few days so didn't help with weightloss. I will look for a better collagen product because my joints liked it.

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed my order on April 13th and selected priority shipping which promised delivery by the 16th. I reached out on the 16th because there was no movement with my order and I hadn't received any sort of update. I emailed, chatted with the AI bot on their website, sent an Instagram DM, and commented on a Facebook post all over the course of a week just to try to get someone to reach out to me. I never received any sort of communication. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB because my card had been charged (it wasn't a cheap order!) and I had zero clue if the order was actually going to arrive. Of course, 3 days after I submitted the complaint to the BBB and having them reach out on my behalf I finally received a shipping notification 🙄 Still no communication from an actual human responding to my inquiries. And, no one from Obvi responded to the BBB's request for comment. My order arrived three weeks late and to be honest the quality is subpar. The mixer is cheaply made and the pills weren't packaged well. I will not be ordering again.

Taste is pretty great and love the branding.

I purchased the Obvi collagen peptides from Walmart. I put one scoop in my cup of coffee and I could barely! Handle the taste!! I wish I could get my money back! This does not taste like Vital Proteins Collagen peptides.Which I like to use!

they’re pretty popular. Their protein powders are known for good quality.

exelent place

Nice podcasts

Probably one of the better collagens in the market.

The products taste good and actually I feel that they gave me a bit more energy. It's been a month that I am using them

Ordered several of their products. The morning after I started taking them, my face was puffy and swollen. I contacted them to get a refund for products since on their website they say they offer returns and refunds even for opened products, but they would not refund me and were quite rude.
