Achat d’une balance connectée … tout allait bien mais depuis quelques temps l’application ne fonctionne plus … essai de contacter MyKronoz par mail , aucune réponse , relancé après +1 mois , toujours pas de réponse … service après vente catastrophique , application catastrophique !
Comment peuvent ils encore vendre leur produit alors que ça ne fonctionne plus !

Mykronoz Zetime achetée en 2020, elle fonctionne toujours, mais on ne peut pas en dire autant de l'application compagnon (qui stocke les données de la montre), ni du site Web !
Depuis 01/2026, l'application officielle ne synchronise plus rien, et elle a disparu des 'stores' de Google. Contacté à ce sujet, le support a botté en touche, il a fallu que j'installe une appli obsolète, mais qui stocke les données en local.
Courant juin 2026, c'est l'application dégradée qui ne se connectait plus, et donc plus de suivi... Et le site web n'est plus actif, je viens de vérifier ce jour. A fuir, donc, et c'est bien dommage, les produits furent disruptifs.

J’ai acheté ma montre ze time il y a 10ans.... et j’en suis très satisfait. Elle fonctionne encore aujourd’hui...
Mais depuis quelque temps, impossible de se connecter à l’application mot de passe qui ne fonctionne plus et impossible de changer le mot de passe, la page internet est en erreur...
L'application the time n'existe meme plus sur le play store... ma montre n’est donc plus connectée.

1 étoile parce que l'on ne peut pas mettre moins. Pèse-personne acheté 100 Francs et déjà, l'application a cessé de fonctionner définitivement depuis 4 jours et plus possible de contacter qui que ce soit. Si ce ne sont pas des escrocs, ça doit être pire. Dans tous les cas, mykronoz à déconseiller vu qu'ils n'ont plus aucun service mais que ces appareils sont toujours en vente. A bon entendeur

man sollte vor allem auch die Namen der Verantwortlichen nennen, die alle Kunden dieses Scams MyKronoz verar....t haben: Olivier Jean Granger und Sarah Irène Denise Braul. Die Geschäftsführer der Kronoz LLC, die erst Geld von hunderten gutgläubigen Investoren eingesammelt haben um dann nach einigen Jahren verantwortungslos die Lust zu verlieren und die hochpreisigen Produkte wertlos werden zu lassen indem man die unabdingbare App löscht und vorher nicht für eine Nachfolgelösung sorgt. Betriffen sind die Zetime / MyKronos Smartwatch sowie die smarte Personenwage Myscale von Mykronoz.
Beide nutzten die MyKronoz-App und waren über diese administrierbar. Insbesondere die Smartwatch hatte einen Bildschirm hinter den Zeigern, der SMS, Hintergründe, Wetterbericht u.v.m. zeigen konnte, all das ist jetzt nicht mehr nutzbar. Teurer Schrott made in Switzerland durch diese verantwortungslosen Geschäftsführer. In Wirklichkeit wohl Strohmänner, die sich lediglich ihren Namen für diesen Scam bezahlen ließen. Soviel zum Thema Schweizer Qualität, die in Wirklichkeit billigste Asienware war.

Irgendwann keine Unterstützung mehr , Uhr nicht mehr verwendbar (zetime)....
Komisch meine 2 Samsung frontier's haben beide schonal einen neuen Akku bekommen( selber gemacht Recht easy) und funktionieren jetzt schon sehr lange über mehr als 7 Handygenerationen( Xiaomi..kein Samsung!) und Android Versionen....
So geht "smarter"Uhrenbaum!!
Eueren Dreck habe ich jetzt entsorgt..
Und halte auch alle die ich kenne aktiv davon ab irgendetwas von eurem China Schrott zu kaufen..
Hat auch schon mehrfach funktioniert!!

Montre Vitalink sans intérêt !! Elle donne beaucoup de données mais aucune ne correspond à la réalité. De plus l'entreprise m'avait affirmé que l'on pouvait l'appairer à une ceinture cardiaque, ce qui est impossible ! J'ai demandé le remboursement mais aucune réponse. Montre soi disant "française" mais il faut 3 semaines pour qu'elle arrive de Chine !!

Ordered a watch on their website. After almost 2 weeks of no updates, I e-mailed them asking for an update. Almost a week later, they said they don't have it in stock, and they'll refund me.
And almost two weeks after that still no refund. Opened a paypal dispute.

Oddly I love this watch...but my experience with them (so far I purchased 2...and am about to buy a 3rd) would not deserve any other than a very poor rating. The first one was at Amazon and it had problems right away... particularly the functionality of the center dial which was completely unresponsive... contacting Amazon to return...they didn't want it back and refunded me...it was from their "Used" Warehouse division. The second was from Office Depot...my wife paid like $100+...it worked for 6 months then stopped charging... It was the charger but the company would not provide a replacement or sell one. I contacted customer service ( One Year Warranty) we communicated back and forth for 2 months. They had me prove I bought one and make a video showing its dysfunction. I did all they asked and they agreed it was dysfunctional...but then said I had to take it back to Office Depot...who informed me it was a MFG's Warranty. By that time the year had elapsed. I found the charger from the first one and it worked...kind of...but I had to spend ages each time to get the watch and charger to connect...now the battery runs out quickly and charging it for 8 hours gets me a 70% charge which lasts 36 hours.
Why would I buy yet another...good question...I must be demented. But the watch WAS a good idea. Just not well implemented and the company is simply not going to or not able to fix the problems.

MyStation: Sanitize, Charge and Listen: pretty sure this was a scam from day one. No-one responds to queries, ( IndieGoGo, nor the company) and money has never been refunded. AVOID !!! (funds fully paid in Sept 2021)

I ordered a ZeTime about a month ago (early July, 2024), directly from MyKronoz. After a week or so, I got a notice that the order was complete and shipped on the 15th. Since then, the tracking has said that the USPS is awaiting the item in Henderson, Nevada. After a couple days, I used the contact form on their website to enquire about it. I got a standard boilerplate "we apologize(blah blah), we're looking into it (blah blah), please reach out if you need anything else (blahblahblah)." Well, a few more days went by and on the 25th, I contacted them again, and said I'd like a refund, as it seems quite obvious that this item isn't going to ship, and never received a response to that. I replied twice to the original reply via email, and get the same response each time, after at least two days of waiting. I'm still waiting, still getting the "Sorry, it sucks, but we're working on it" reply. So I'm most likely just out $80. At least it isn't $800 or something.

Une véritable escroquerie, impossible de reconnecter la montre zetime après un plantage. SAV fantôme. Il faudrait que les revendeurs déréférencent leurs produits. Généralement les produits suisses sont très mais là ce sont des chinois déguisés en suisses !

Impossible de faire réparer la montre.
La renier est tombée en panne près moins de 6 mois d’utilisation. Après changement les boutons et les aiguilles ne fonctionnent. Montre bas de gamme pour un gros prix.

Als gut getarnt… angeblich seriöser Firma aus der Schweiz mit Support. Dafür Kein Mail, kein Telefon Angaben. Schreiben kann man nur über Formular auf Englisch und Französisch!
Da kommt nur automatische Antwort mit der Anforderung nicht nochmal schreiben sonst Dauert noch länger.
15 Tage Geld zurück ???? Ich glaube das ist nur ein Lüge! Kein Retour Schein. Die Wage MyScale sieht schön aus aber das ist schon alles. Produziert in China. Probleme bei Installation und verbinden, weil veraltetes System über nur 2- GHz. Funktioniert schlecht, ungenau und mit Aussetzung bei der Verbindung. Ob sie sich melden ??? Werde ich weiter berichten.
Es empfiehlt sich bei der Verbraucher Zentrale informieren und getarnte Firma auf schwarze Liste setzen.

Gemäss Homepage handelt es sich um ein Schweizer Unternehmen. Trotzdem erhielt ich eine Rechnung betreffend Importkosten von der Post.
Dies schon zum zweiten Mal ich bin enttäuscht und werde nie mehr etwas bei MyKronoz bestellen .
Ich kann diese Unternehmen mit diesen gebaren nicht weiterempfehlen!

4 montres ou bracelets de cette marque (je sais, je suis maso) montre ou bracelet en panne, remplacement de certains appareils par du matériel de moindre qualité ....fuyez cette marque à tout prix ....

Montre Zesport2 utilisée depuis presque 1 an. Rien de bien grave hormis quelques blocages (on éteint et on rallume, et ça repart). Par contre plus cahotique pour appairer la montre avec le téléphone. Parfois tout va bien pendant 15 jours, et puis on galère pendant une journée et on ne sait pas comment l'appairage revient.
Depuis hier, elle tient la charge 2h (au lieu de 2 à 3 jours selon l'utilisation) Et là impossible de la recharger ou de la rallumer. Une impression mitigée même si l'objet me plaisait bien.
J'ai contacté MyKronoz et selon leur réponse ou non réponse, je changerai mon évaluation. Etre en panne au bout d'un an, cela peut arriver. Mais ne pas prendre le client au sérieux serait un mauvais calcul. Affaire à suivre.....

Charger connector pod failed on my expensive Kronoz - they advised they do not sell anything except complete watch and charger lead with the little magnetic pod - No aftersales offered whatsoever. They have set themselves up as a premium brand but selling product unlikely to last more than 2 years. Avoid at all costs and buy a recognised brand

First purchased a Zetime elite watch and some Zebuds in Aug 2020 the buds failed after 10 months (the right one just stopped working) since then I have had no less than 6 replacements, including upgrading to the premium ones, all of which have had various faults from new that render them unusuable.
Usually it's at least one of the buds will not hold a charge. The watch HR monitor stopped after 14 months. Custer service is ok but they just keep offering a credit note and then the replacement item is faulty anyway. Their products look good but they are so unreliable. Lesson learned, such a shame.

cela peut arriver, mais ne pas répondre aux Emails relève d'un total manque de respect envers les clients. Je déconseille d'acheter sur ce site, passez votre chemin.
