I've been trying to get a replacement 12v kitchen downlight for weeks. Went online found My Green Lighting and purchased what I wanted at a very reasonable price. Prompt delivery and superb communication .Excellent experience...thank you!

I have bought replacement bulbs from My Green Lighting for many years. I don't often write reviews, but this time I just had to. I had to phone yesterday to get help with replacing the T4 fluorescent under cabinet light fittings in my kitchen as they are no longer allowed to be sold in the UK.
The lovely lady who spoke to me, helped me to find T5 LED lighting which used exactly the same connectors using their website. She talked me through the various options and I placed my order. It was dispatched the same day by Royal Mail 24hr tracked and it arrived the following lunchtime. Absolutely fabulous service.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I bought three fluorescent tubes from their eBay shop and, only two of the three were in perfect working order.

The faulty tube, once heated up, constantly flickered but, My Green Lighting, refused to accept those facts. Their customer service is totally disgusting and the person was downright rude.

I returned the faulty tube through eBay’s return policy but, My Green Lighting, refused to give the full purchase price refund.

They have lied to eBay despite me having proof the tube is faulty.

Again, avoid this company at all costs as, if they sell you faulty goods they’ll just turn rude and deny all responsibility. Worse seller I’ve ever dealt with in 14 years of using eBay…

I ordered a part yesterday about 3.30pm, it arrived today at 12.30 ! What fantastic service, kept updated regarding delivery, would definitely recommend.

Having broken the glass in a downlighter I came across My Green Lighting's comprehensive catalogue and found that a complete replacement unit was so cheap (under £3) that I ordered two. They were promptly delivered in perfect condition. I shall certainly use them again.

A wide range of products is available, but the search options are backed with detailed product descriptions make it easy to find just what you want. Prices are very good and service is excellent. I am now a regular customer.

I ordered four led under cabinet lights from this company which were delivered the following day. As advertised, they were a direct replacement for my existing fluorescent lights and were fairly easy to install.

Ordered a replacement light shade on 21st December. It arrived in perfect condition on 23rd. Fantastic service. And it was loads cheaper than the other suppliers I looked at too!

This is the second time I've ordered from My Green Lighting. The first time was via Amazon and all was good. This time, after checking the receipt from 2021 (I'm a private buyer, not a business) I saw that I could buy direct and that's exactly what I did. It was a better price including P&P and also, I needed to contact them by phone and the guy was helpful and knowledgable. Everything was efficient, good value and the postage was well packed and fast. I will definitely recommend them.

Speedy and useful advice to my queries via the website and a great choice of downlighters meant I placed an order, which was quickly packed and despatched. Products were good quality and exactly as described, and my electrician commented how easy they were to install. Recommend and will purchase from this company again.

When looking to replace old florescent bulbs and use my existing connections, this was the most informative website I found, ensuring that I could find LED replacements that fitted my existing power supply connectors. The range of product was good and the ordering and delivery process efficient.

The servicer was fine, but the product (117mm linear halogen bulbs) terrible. I bought 10, none of tham has lasted more than a week. As i have used linear halogens for years i can say this is by far the worst performance that I have ever had from this type of bulb

Tried to order on line but slight problem with payment going through. Phoned, spoke with Andrew. Very pleasant and took order. Arrived in 3-4 days. Very well protected. Contacted company for further advice re fitting of lights. Reply very quickly from Jennifer.

They answered my question about sourcing a apparent discontinued bulb within a few hours and I ordered online. Competitive prices.

My existing fluorescent tube under a kitchen cupboard burnt out. I went to a local electrical wholesaler who I had used for many years. He was not able to provide a replacement and said that I would need to fit a complete new LED unit. I went on line and was able to find a replacement tube supplied by My Green Lighting. I place the order including 2 spare tubes in the early afternoon and the new items were delivered at 0900am on the next morning by the Post Office Delivery Service. I would fully recommend this company for any similar requirements based upon the ease of ordering online and promptness of delivery.
