Ordered 2 coins that were possibly non…

Ordered 2 coins that were possibly non existent, with reason stating that a migration error had occurred. This was after order was confirmed and had been paid for. Perhaps your systems need an upgrade? Are there any more coins that are no longer available for purchase.
Unfortunately, I am still awaiting the return of monies paid.

My Collectables moved from Big Commerce to Shopify last Friday. There have been numerous problems with the migration, which are being progressively addressed. Unfortunately one of problems were these 2022 coins which were marked as in stock when we had no stock. As soon as we became aware of sales of these coins, the customers were immediately refunded.

I ordered 5 of the Outer this world coinset, 5 turned up but one badly creased. 2 emails an still no reply.

Disappointment

I bought some proof coins and I was very disappointed that they come in a capsule only and not in a capsule and a display box like the Perth mint or the Australian mint
I didn't see this in the description when I bought this.
I don't think I'll be buying anymore coins.
Thank you.

Hi Graham, I'm equally disappointed that you wrote this review prior to raising your concerns with us. We are always happy to do whatever we can to make sure our customers are satisfied. All the coins were supplied as described. My Collectables obtains many Perth Mint coins that are not available through other Australian dealers. Not all coins come in presentation boxes, particularly bullion coins. Happy for you to return any coins you are not satisfied with, just email me at sales @mycollectables.com.au.
