MUTU System Arvostelua 

I've been using Mutu since 2013, through and after 3/5 pregnancies. My youngest is now 3 and I still use the core videos as a daily practice, switching them up depending on how strong I feel that day. MuTu also led me to Katy Bowman and a new passion for biomechanics and green smoothies.

I’ve been with MUTU for years now. When it first kicked off actually. I’ve enjoyed learning and doing the exercises along the way. They have a very helpful team and Wendy is so encouraging and helpful! They’ve done nothing but been a help to woman who need it and not just a band-aid fix. Anyone who complains or says it doesn’t work either isn’t following the program or doing it correctly. There’s always a right and a wrong way and Wendy and her team are so helpful and patient. You have questions, they respond. You need a visual, they have many videos on how to. There’s truly no excuses! Thank you MUTU for being amazing and helping my core and pelvic region become stronger. I’m not 100% but the walks and other tidbits that I’ve applied daily has truly helped! <3
This isn’t a one and done solution and a lot of ppl want that. If that’s what you want then go get surgery.

After having tried another online workout schedule, which had a time limit and did not allow you to download the exercise videos, Mutu was the complete opposite. Not only do you have unlimited access to the website (phenomenal), but the Mutu community is always available for any assistance you might require along your journey. Not only has Mutu strengthened my core, but it’s given me confidence and I love the fact that I can always go back and exercise in my free time. That’s what I call dedication from Mutu!!!! Truly wanting to help these mamas.

The MUTU program has been a life-changer for me and for my pelvic floor. I am not much of an exerciser, so I may never get to all of the workouts, but the program has trained me to at least have this basic one. And if I ever decide to do the others, I can always go back and do them. However, I experienced a whole lot of healing just from the basic one.

I found Mutu when my youngest of 5 was 9 years old and they are the best! Gentle, clear, engaging exercise videos to help heal and strengthen. Lots of support and encouragement. And, although it sounds strange, clicking the little button when I had finished my workout is so motivating! 😆
The workouts are manageable lengths—it still takes some dedication to stick to anything new but it has felt so good to do 10 minutes of peaceful something for myself. I saw results after a few weeks—my “tell-the-truth skirt” fit better. The 20 minute workouts are perfect for keeping my middle aged self moving and the leaking has stopped. A friend got me the mutu system for my birthday after a complicated pregnancy with my 4th child completely destroyed my body. I wasn't able to walk, step into the tub, or get dressed without severe pain. I followed the program and steps, and now- almost 7 years later, I am still daily doing the exercises in order to keep doing the things I love. After about 6 months of starting mutu, I was able to start running again, and this month I got a new PR in a 5k. Mutu gave me my life back, and I am so thankful!! Thank you, Wendy!!

Great program. I struggled for over two years after my third child was born with my stomach, looking quite pregnant and also dealing with back pain. Not only are the exercises effective, but there is a very supportive community and regular checkins, even a few years later it’s still a big part of my life

Brilliant system for new mums. I wish I had known about it sooner instead of suffering from something I didn’t even know was a thing for 10 years. Diastasis recti pretty much gone now and back to pre-baby core strength, possibly even stronger. Spread the word. Thanks Wendy. Xx

There is definitely fitness as a point to build up core strength but I really try to just get my pelvic floor focused on and it really isn’t feeling like it’s improving after 80 days of very faithful exercises.

I canceled this ages ago, it's not good!

I had this installed as WEB app on my phone last year. I got a new phone and now i can not install it. As well it will not install on my computer, it isnt even an option. All my other web apps automatically ask me if i want to install and there is an icon in the web browser bar. I have installed other web apps this week but MUTU still wont work or give the option. Same on my iPhone. I have installed many others with no problem but this site will not work and doesn't appear as a web app. this is frustrating. I contacted MUTU and they said it is working fine.... I have cleard Cache and browsing History and Cookies. All others work but not this one.

I really believe in this program if you stick with it! I am so thankful I found it & definitely would purchase again!

MuTu works! The exercises helped get me back in shape, and the program is designed to be able to fit in around a mum’s life. The program worked smoothly. I’d recommend it to all mums, no mater what age your kids are!

Great program that really works! My babies are no longer babies but still greatly improved my core strength and sorted my prolapse issues. Overall fitness improved too and I can slot it in at home (cause I’m too lazy to go to the gym) The team are super friendly and helpful too. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Nice idea but terrible website /app keeps crashing. I wanted to stop my subscription but can’t even log on to the website to do that. The actual exercises are good but very repetitive with only 4 core and 4 intensive videos to follow in total and a huge time commitment expected especially for new mums!

Great program for postpartum pelvic floor and core strength and healing. The program is structured well and managed professionally. I'm just getting started with it but I am impressed so far.

This program works! I am in one of the last modules, and I feel great and dare I say, look great?! Some of the modules have taken me a long time because life. Despite that, it works. DR has much improved, I can lift and carry my 20lbs baby without back pain or knee pain issues, I have no piddle problems. My weight is nearly at pre-pregnancy levels. I have recommended the program to others already. Stick with it, with all the ups and downs and the hiatuses, and feel great!

I would recommend mutu to ANY mama!! It is so gentle and absolutely helpful! I have had 4 vaginal births & 2 c sections and have a lot of pelvic floor recovery I’m working on. Mutu is an answer to prayer for me!!
