The music box was in itself exquisite. I wanted a tune that they did not offer, so I sent them the notes and they created it for me It was intended as a present for a good friend. After a year she wanted it to be not so loud. I wrote them and asked. They sent me another file that was quieter, at no extra charge. They answered all my email promptly and were always very helpful. Very Attentive Customer Service
There was an issue with the item delivered, but the Music Box Attic Customer Service worked to resolve it within 2 hours. I consider that being very attentive so I have upgraded this review. I thank them for their efforts. Just so you know, I have ordered three separate times from them, and the first two were flawless.

The watch box itself was fine, but the engraving that I paid extra for was cheap and not really engraved as I expected. It literally looks like an iron plate with sharpie writing. It just feels and looks cheap when I believe I paid an additional $40 for it.

No finale Inspection
I ordered two 18 note music movements for music boxes. One of the movements didn't work. It was over wound or has a bad spring. It should have been tested before it was packaged. This is irksome. I am in the process of building the boxes and now have to wait for a replacement or a new order. Errrrr
