MUNSTER JOINERY Arvostelua

Lukazs and Arron were absolutely brilliant! Really friendly and professional, and got the job done quickly to a high standard. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process really easy. Great service & would definitely recommend them!

Greg was brilliant 🤩

I reported to orbit, within a day I had a number to ring to book appointment, lukas texted me to say what time on the day, arrived bang on time. Introduced himself and took shoes off without being asked. Fixed the window, checked the other one just in case. Askex me to check the windows before he left. Great service. Thank you

My new build house came with windows supplied by Munster. I have to commend the levels of professionalism and service they’ve provided when there have been a couple of small issues. Even after more than five years since installation they still come without complaint and fix any problems under the ten year warranty.

Booking an appointment is simple, they attend promptly, and have always fixed the issues first time and with a high degree of care about the finish.

I’m really impressed, very grateful for their help and therefore happy to highly recommend Munster based on my experience.

Delyan was very polite and respectful of my house and fixed the issue in no time at all.

Thank you

Gunshot was great very effluent thank you

We have had Gyunay visit on several occasions now, and he always resolves every single issue perfectly. He is absolutely fantastic! When it comes to troubleshooting, he spots the problem in seconds and has it all fixed just a few minutes later.
On top of his incredible skills, Gyunay is always deeply respectful, friendly, and helpful. A true master of his craft—we cannot recommend him highly enough!

Gunay fixed the door quickly and professionally. Very polite and gave good advice for any future issues.

I had two services carried out — multiple window adjustments on one visit and a full window glass replacement on another day. Gyunay attended both times and delivered outstanding work. He was professional, efficient, and the results are excellent. I’m very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend their service.

Gyanay did a fantastic job and was very patient trying to rectify the issue with my bi fold doors but persevered and resolved the issue with perfection. Thank you for your expertise and professional manner

I contacted the Company @10 days ago regarding an issue with my garage side door.
There was no negative response to my issue at all. 10 days after contacting the company regarding this issue with my garage door, Greg arrived. He was very polite and professional in replacing the door panel, while he was here he also fixed the door as it was not shutting correctly.

It was so refreshing to have someone who genuinely cared about the work he was doing and gave the customer 100%. I would highly recommend this company and Greg.

Greg attended today and was extremely friendly, polite and got the job done. Thank you.

Carl was very efficient and explained how things worked with my window when I asked. He was quick and was happy to tighten the restricters on my other windows to avoid this problem again in future

We were given a time period in advance of the work being done followed up with an exact time. No wasted time waiting in. The windows were replaced quickly and neatly.

Greg was absolutely amazing. Fixed the door with no problem, very polite and professional. 100% recommend!

Greg was very helpful and friendly. He fixed the issue straight away. He also noticed our front door wasn’t closing properly and fixed that too without being asked or having to go back to customer care. Very happy with Greg’s attitude and how he took time to look at all doors before leaving

Aaron was courteous, polite and fixed our door in a matter of minutes. More than happy to recommend Munster for their aftercare service.
