Mujjo Arvostelua 

I purchased my Mujjo leather case for my iPhone 15 after reviewing all the competition, my shortlist became shorter and shorter leaving me with clear winner Mujjo.
After using the case for two months it is clearly very well made and has been a pleasure to use.
My contact with the company has all been online, however, every aspect of the sale has been exemplary.

I recently purchased a MagSafe wallet, and I’m extremely impressed with its quality and craftsmanship. The materials feel premium, the stitching is precise, and the magnet is strong enough to stay securely attached to my phone. It’s slim yet holds my essential cards without adding bulk. Now, I can carry my daily cards with my phone, making my everyday life more convenient. Overall, a great product that’s both stylish and functional. Highly recommend!

Mujjo promptly honored their 2-year warranty when my iPhone 15 pro case developed problems. The finish on the metal camera bezel chipped with not much use, not from a drop but from the usual resting the phone on a table. And the leather, at the charging cable opening cracked after about a year. BUT, the case is beautiful and protective. I just wish they would fix the finish on the camera bezel problem.

I ordered the "Full Leather Case for iPhone 16 Pro - Black" from Mujjo.
This seems to be the only leather iPhone case left of really great quality that is also not bulky. I have since used it daily and can absolutely recommend it.

I love design, materials and how it fits.

Great leather case. Had it since September and is only just beginning to show slight signs of wear and tear, which looks good with leather as it’s more natural! It’s a great alternative to the leather iPhone cases that Apple no longer produces.

Excellent phone case, fits well and looks really stylish. Got the blue and it looks really nice. Dropped my phone a few times and so far it has protected it.

Several months ago I bought the MAIZCASE FOR IPHONE 15 PRO on the homepage of Mujjo. The case is super made and fits perfectly on the iPhone. What I like most is the minimalist design. It is similar to the original Leather Case from Apple.

In the meantime, I have switched to the iPhone 16 Pro, but until the last day the Mujjo case has protected my iPhone 15 Pro very well. I would also buy the case again immediately for my 16 Pro. Unfortunately, the cutout for the camera control button bothers me a little. I hope that one day Mujjo will install a sapphire button, like some other manufacturers.

Overall, I am more than satisfied.

Great products (multiple purchases), great customer service, and shipping time. It is undoubtedly worth the premium price to get a truly superior product.

Express shipping a joke.. Website states it will be delivered within 4 business days.

Ordered and paid 4 business days ago with **Express Shipping**, received an e-mail said will be in touch when item is shipped. However nothing changed since then.

Very very poor Customer Service.

The cases are pretty good. The customer service is horrible...

I purchased two cases with Mujjo as I had heard they did amazing leather. They worked for a while but one developed an issue so I claimed under warranty. I received a confirmation that they would ship one out very quickly. That was over 6 months ago. I followed up a few weeks after but radio silence. Obviously I gave up pretty quickly after that and replaced it with another brand. I paid a premium price for the case that effective had to be binned, shame. It wasn't until I replaced the phone that I remembered recently about this debacle.

Shame on Mujjo. Don't lie to customers!

It's ok. But not the quality that you would expect for $60.
Leather quality is more or less fine, but definitely not premium, not even close. It feels below average and smells like paint, not like leather.
Magnets are not that weak, but should've been stronger.
Buttons are very stiff and really hard to press. Extremely annoying and poor quality.
The only reason I bought Mujjo - is Apple stopped producing their own leather cases. Unfortunately (taking equal price) Mujjo's quality is not even close...

Shipment to EU is quite expensive (around $15) and takes more than a week. Not great at all.

Also they don't post bad review on their web site. So, don't look at all the 5 star review there.

Fantastische hoesjes, ik heb er nu 2 gehad en beide keren zeer tevreden over de kwaliteit van het materiaal, hoe ze in de hand liggen, het feit dat je iPhone in zo’n beetje elke broekzak past, en de wijze waarop ze je iPhone beschermen mocht deze onverhoopt op een harde ondergrond vallen.

Ook geen issues ervaren met verzending of klantenservice, maar deze vooralsnog ook niet nodig gehad.

Dit bedrijf verdient in mijn ogen de positieve feedback, hun hoesjes zijn de aanschafprijs waard.

Trustpilot reviews are supposed to be about the customer service, rather than the actual products. I think some people reviewing Mujjo don’t realise that. That’s probably why the average score doesn’t look so bad.

However, their customer service is absolutely shameful.

They lie through their teeth about delivery problems, their website is never showing real time availability, so you don’t know where you are.

I have ordered iPhone cases three times from them in the last three weeks. Each time they have failed to deliver, each time giving some ridiculous excuse, such as “a severe outage in the warehouse” or “the shipment containing the Steel Blue cases were unexpectedly delayed”, even though the website was stating clearly that the item was in stock.

I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but clearly they are a complete shambles, either dishonest, incompetent, or both.

Don’t believe a word of whatever excuse they give you.

There are lots of leather iPhone cases around of equal or better quality (I’ve tried many of them).

I advise you strongly not to go near Mujjo.

iPhone 15 Hülle passt nicht perfekt. Wird als 15er Hülle verkauft aber auf der Verpackung steht iPhone 14! Hab das Geld immer noch nicht retour bekommen. Ware schon ewig zurück geschickt.

Stay away from Mujjo. If product is defective after 14 days you pay the freight back to England and state tax again to replace it. They refund your purchase price but you have to purchase replacement item again which means sales tax.

I purchased several Mujjo products over the years and the best thing they offer is their service. I had an issue once with a wallet wearing down on the edge. They never challenged whether wear would be covered by warranty; instead, they replaced it promptly! Makes you want to buy more from Mujjo>
