ONE YEAR QUALITY GUARANTEE
Free replacement on any item that didn't meet your expectations
We take a great deal of pride in the quality of our products and offer our customers a one-year quality guarantee on all Muddy Puddles branded items. If for some reason we have failed to meet your quality expectations, we will exchange your item or give you a credit equal to the value of your original purchase. However, if your dog eats it, a sibling uses it to create a modern art masterpiece, or your Muddy Puddler rips their jacket on a fence, we are afraid that doesn’t count.

I bought the 3-in-1 scampsuit in the 12…
I bought the 3-in-1 scampsuit in the 12 to 18 months size and sadly it’s very difficult to put on a baby with the lining on, I think there should be more snap buttons or a zipper to better attach the lining to the suit, because it shifts a lot. I’ve bought a few of your products and they’re all great, but I think this one is not very practical.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a loyal customer. We are so glad to hear that you’ve been happy with the other products you've purchased.
We appreciate your suggestion about adding more snap buttons or a zipper to improve the lining attachment, and we’ll definitely pass this along to our design team for consideration.

Great coat
Great coat, easy to order and came quickly. The only thing I would say is that sometimes the zip gets caught which annoys my daughter but we love it otherwise. Love the double layer and the lovely green colour!
