About a year ago, I thought I wouldn’t be able to succeed in my immigration case. Ever since Hamza was asigned to my case, he has shown commitment, professionalism and genuine interest ensuring he followed up and delivered with great result. Hamza guided me even when I panicked, he kept reassuring me and stayed positive throughout my journey. His advise and proactiveness made my case a success (I got a positive decision 4 days after my interview), a truly ground breaking success . He deserves a raise and a promotion for how he handled my case. He maintained an open correspondence even during his off hours, like one time he went out of his way to help me with my application around 11pm late at night when he was home. This meant a lot to me and I want to use this medium to thank other staffs, like the receptionists, who stayed professional and reassuring even when I sounded frustrated and uneasy. MSD has shown they are experts and implore you are to keep up the excellent work because there are a lot of people out there that need you. A big shout out to my ever capable case handler Hamza Khan, he is one of a kind!

Avoid. Poor service. Rude and belligerent. Hamza never responds and makes the simplest clerical errors, absolutely shocking given the position he is in. They make all the promises in the world then never deliver. I waited over 3 weeks one time for a response on a question, this includes multiple calls and emails, they just never respond. Dont believe the 1st time reviewers. My case with MSD will be going to the legal ombudsman, they essentially took my money and did nothing, absolutely nothing!
