There was a bit of a wait for the beds…
There was a bit of a wait for the beds to be delivered but my two Working Cocker Spaniels think that heaven has arrived! We followed (clear and friendly) instructions to give the beds time to regenerate (24/48 hours) after their vacuum packed journey and this appears to have been good advice. The beds are obviously very warm and comfortable with very adequate perimeter support.

I bought the anxiety blanket for my Great dane, Daisy as she was traumatised we had moved house. the difference was amazing she soon was calm and safe, so I ordered another bigger one and that had the same result. I told a friend and she ordered a bed.

Cheap filled cushions
Cheap filled cushions, was expecting
an orthopaedic mattress. cover too big for 4 individual cushions supplied so looks baggy and cheap looking compared to the images online, purchased to help support my senior dogs arthritis….will make it worse if I let her sleep on this.

Returns have to ship to China
I accidently ordered two beds, to return one you have to ship it back to China.
Also the centre of the bed is not very thick and so my dog's bones meet the hard floor. I have other beds that are more dense and better for older dogs. Having said that, all of my dogs like lying on the bed, they can stretch out nicely. My cats like it too. That is why I gave two stars instead of one.

Anxiety bed and blanket
I have bought twice from this company, the products are very well-made, nice quality and a lot of information on its whereabouts during delivery. Delivery is not quick
I bought the wine anxiety blanket and the wine anxiety bed 60cm for my dog who is the size of a jack russel. Plenty room and my dog, aged 14 years really does seem to prefer it to his old bed which is also still there

I previously bought an anxiety bed last…
I previously bought an anxiety bed last Christmas for my dog he absolutely loved it , so this year I ordered a new one but the next size up waited a couple weeks for it to be delivered it came, took it out its packaging waited 48 hours for it to fluff up ( which it never ) so contacted mr fluffy they asked to be sent a video of my old a new one so they could compare the difference which I did they said there was no fault , but offered 30 perc refund which I wasn’t happy with asked them just to send the filling out for the bed and they said no the only other choice I had was send it back ( to china ) or get 30 perc refund , which I took 🙄 but won’t be buying off them again , I paid £60 for the xl bed which was a total waste , don’t know if it’s a one off but defo not happy with the service

Really not impressed…
Really not impressed with the quality of this product. Ordered for £79 order number #15728 which only arrived Thursday of last week and it’s already in the bin.
The quality is cheap, the zip being plastic once slightly chewed renders it entirely open and the stuffing is held in place by a fabric that resembles paper, once ripped open its completely unusable and useless. Disappointing

I had to send the dog bed back
I had to send the dog bed back under the policy 30 day guarantee we’ll!!!!!! I had to pay £56 for the return the bed cost £109 I am still waiting after weeks for my refund I’m sick/tired emailing asking for updates never ever will I recommend this site and don’t be fooled with the money back guarantee it will cost you £££ as it gets shipped back to china, please think before you purchase!!!!!!!!

Product is cheap
Product is cheap, doesn’t look like the photos and the size guide is completely off. The bed comes vacuum packed in plastic because it’s mainly air and has hardly any filling. Outer material is cheap. Size is tiny, I bought a small based on the guide for a Yorkshire terrier but it’s really only suitable for a puppy.

Have bought 2 Mr. Fluffy pet beds settee cover and blanket, all excellent quality and wash well on 40 degs also have tumble dried them all and have come out perfect,my dog snuggles into them all.
