Very slow

Very slow. And no communication. In fact I'm still waiting for part of of the order.

First Part arrived 10/7
Second part still waiting
But I had no communication to let me know that the order was all in one part.

Damaged & faulty items sent

Damaged & faulty items sent. 4 emails & 4 phone calls later & situation still not resolved. Very poor communication.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this experience.

We arranged for a FedEx collection so that we could inspect the damaged and faulty items and process your refund. Unfortunately, FedEx did not complete the scheduled collection, which was outside of our control. However, we have already arranged a new collection label, which should be delivered today.

Once the items have been collected, we will be happy to process your refund promptly. We apologise for the delays and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this matter.

An incorrect light dimmer switch was…

An incorrect light dimmer switch was delivered but Mr Resistor went out of their way to hand deliver the correct product on the same day which enabled my electrician to fit when he was still on site.

goods not available on collection

I wnet to wandsworth to collect the goods and they had been sent to Fulham when all the paperwork said Wandswoth! The goods were delivered the next day but we lost a days work with the electrician so not good.The product is good though!
