I have now ordered three items from this company and every single time it has either been the incorrect item or something has been damaged and I have had to send it back, and every single time they do not refund me the full amount even when the mistake is on their end. They do not hike themselves accountable for their mistakes and scam customers out of their money. I would recommend not purchasing anything from this company they have a very dishonest business practice.

took 1 month and a week to get , then the merchandise didn’t fit around trigger guard SMH even charged me 3 day shipping

I just ordered a ak handguard and dust cover that they said was in stock. Then the next day I get an email saying that it was on back order with no eta and they asked if I wanted to cancel my order. So I emailed them back saying that I did want to cancel my order and I received an email right away saying that they are short staffed and it would be at least 72 hours before I will get a response from them. They all ready took the money out of my account. I’m worried that they will not refund me my money. I’ll update this when I know more, hoping for the best.

This is a possible / probable scam. Lure the customer w a website w comprehensive inventory of accessories only to find out after placing an order, back order on most of if not all items with a eta of 4 weeks w a high probability 6 weeks or more. Very vague and open ended delivery forced me to cancel the order. To make this even more suspicious after receiving their email stating they will not charge my card for payment until order is shipped, I discovered they did indeed charge my card. Bank was notified and will recover. So be advised buyer beware

Placed an order with no response for 3 plus weeks. Emailed with no response. Next step is canceling my credit card payment.

After doing some considerable research, looking for a specific product, I was directed to Mounting Solutions Plus.
I was searching for an AK47 handguard.
After looking through their website, I found what I was looking for.
I'm not the type to go off of reviews before making a purchase.
So when I came across the handguard, I looked at their reviews. Some rather unsavory reviews caught my attention. I was a bit apprehensive on making the purchase.
I moved forward and took a chance.
I am glad that I did.
From purchase to receiving, was nothing but painless.
I placed the order on Friday evening, and by Saturday morning, I received an email letting me know that my item had shipped. Wow!! I don't know of too many companies that ship so fast.
Upon receipt of the item, I was extremely pleased with what I had received. Quality, fit, and looks far exceeded my expectations.
One minor glitch with the product, but not a deal breaker. I realize that not one manufacturer can cover every variant out there.
But I digress.
Bottom line, I could not be happier with decision to purchase from Mounting Solutions Plus.
I look forward to my next purchase.

Ordered a holster to fit a pistol with a laser-got a holster for the same gun, but WITHOUT a laser, so it obviously doesn't fit. Tried to call several times a day for a week-a recording says they're short staffed and not answering (how convenient to just ignore complaints constantly). Sent several emails-they wanted a pic as if I was lying about what I received. I sent them one, then they ignored my dozen or so emails after that. Worst company I've dealt with in over 10 years. Save your money--there are reputable business that have the same stuff they claim to have.

Talk about lousy customer service. Ordered a folding foregrip 2 months ago and still haven't gotten it. Evidently they've got their phones set up so you can't call and get through. Sent an email a month ago and still no reply. Had to get credit card company involved. Worst business I've personally ever dealt with !!

Should have listened to the reviews here... ordered a Raptor Grip for my maverick 88 and got no shipping details or anything... had to email them only for them to say it’s on backorder... tried calling to no avail. I don’t anticipate my item ever arriving so please do yourself a favor and do not buy from this god awful company

I ordered a AK scope mount that showed in stock. Got a email next day saying it was back ordered. So I called and asked if I could just upgrade to a different mount and pay the difference and I was told that would be fine. The next 4 mounts I tried to order I 2as told that MSP would have to special order any of those parts from the manufacturer despite showing in stock on their own website. Lady on the phone was rude so I just cancelled the order. MSP completely sucks and is a wast of time.

I was sold an Mesa Tactical, Urbino Tactical Butt Stock for the Benelli Supernova. The butt stock “designed” for my weapon did not fit. Mounting Solutions Plus did a great job communicating back and forth and putting and putting me in contact with Mesa Tactical. I was instructed that I needed to drill a hole to the butt stock that was suppose to fit my shotgun.

I did not want to attempt to do that and run the risk of ruining the product. I asked to simply return the item was notified that I would be charged a restocking fee.

Selling a product designed for a certain weapon and then telling the consumer they have to make alterations is disingenuous. Mountain Solutions Plus should have a disclaimer about this specific product and the potential of having to alter the original product.

This was a seamless transaction with Mounting Solutions. The product fits perfect and was relatively easy to install. I’m happy.

Item was on backorder, that was not stated at time of order. The follow-up email indicated it was on backorder but it could be expected shortly, and it gave the option to cancel. I patiently waited a month and sent an inquiry. Was told that they were possibly receiving up to 10 units in "a few weeks." I though that this was odd as the manufacturer of the product had it available today, but for more money. I was told I was number 21 out of 35 backorders. In other words, not anytime soon. If a backorder is going to be more than 30 days the dealer really should provide an appropriate estimate so the purchaser may decide whether to continue to wait or not. I canceled my order and paid about one-third more to order it from the manufacturer directly. Time is money, and sometimes a bargain isn't a bargain when it is not backed up by decent service.

Ordered a couple ar muzzle device’s back in May. They sent me a plastic shotgun forearm. Repeated attempts to get item I ordered sent, to today have failed. Beware before purchasing from these sellers..

Five Star Service !
I had ordered a red dot mount for my 1911.
The next morning I questioned myself wondering if I had purchased the right one.
Sent an email with my purchase order, make and model of my 1911 and concerns.
Was notified within hours that indeed I had ordered the wrong one, that they had corrected it and was shipping out that day.
Doesn't get better than that !

Sent me an email after I ordered saying the product they said was in stock was now NOT in stock.

When I replied to the email to find out how long until it was expected to be out I was told. "Oh, your order shipped last week" but no shipping confirmation or ETA was provided even after I emailed back to request those.
Now no product has ever arrived and they won't answer emails or phone.
Total scam company, don't throw your money away.

The website is easy to use and shipping was prompt. The mount is well built and designed. The only con I have is the weight but It gives stable stability for the scope. The best thing is that I can still use my iron sight for closer shots.
I’m very happy that I went with this mount than the other mounts that are out there.

I would give a NO STARS review if possible. I ordered 3 items that all appeared on their web site to be in stock and available for shipping at the time. I only received one (1) item with a notice that the other 2 items were on back order. I did not want to back order anything and would have ordered the items from another vender if the MPS ad would have stated the items were not in stock and were only back order items. The one item I did receive was not as I expected and could not be mounted on a firearm as I expected. I have attempted to contact MPS by phone and e-mail several times for returning the item for refund and canceling the other 2 items that were put on back order without my authorization. Their automated phone system refers a caller to their web site for contact, then hangs up. And MPS has not responded to any of my e-mails after several weeks. I have canceled credit card payment for the charge of the one item and will do the same if MPS attempts to charge for other items on back order if those items are ever restocked. Buyer be ware of this company, buy from them at your own risk!

To Update:
I did receive my order. The product was what I expected. I now say MSP will make an order good , but maybe not as fast as you would like during a pandemic.

Purchased a recoil reduction system for my Hellcat in Sept 2021. Still waiting for it, its now 3/10/2022...
usps lost this but MSP has been little help. I had to give one star. I contacted MSP and was given a BS covid excuse. From my experience I cannot recommend buying from this company.
