Generelt en god oplevelse.
Jeg er dog rigtig ked af at de ikke længere laver deres ridestøvler med den ekstra læderstrop der sikrer at lynlåsen ikke falder ned.
Jeg køber derfor ikke deres ridestøvler længere. Håber stroppen vender tilbage på deres ridestøvler.

Years ago I bought mountain horse highrider boots because the stable owner had some and I really loved them the fit was perfect so 10years later I bought the same boots but nubuck and are very nice that was a couple of years ago

I had high damage to my clothes due to bad seams on the inside of their movement pants. These pants require to wear something below so this should not happen. I am being ignored for over three weeks now, no one is answering my mails. The damage of my clothes is over 200€. Not to mention that the pants itself costs over 150€. This is no way to treat customers.

Jeg købte i december 2023 en MH heldragt Protect Overall, (på trods af tidligere dårlige erfaringer) fordi de behagelige at gå i og findes i store størrelser. Men efter blot to måneders brug var en sidesøm i foret gået i stykker. Det viser sig, at der slet ikke er tillagt sømrum i forstoffet, så det er næsten umuligt at reparere ordentligt selv for en uddannet skrædder. Heldragten SKAL kunne holde til at man rider i den… det er ligesom meningen med den!

Desværre er det slet ikke første gang, jeg har haft meget dårlige oplevelser med tøj fra MH hvor syninger går i stykker efter kort tid: en jakke efter et år og en heldragt efter 21 mdr.
Jeg er i dialog med forhandler som er meget hjælpsom, så min kritik er af producenten Mountain Horse. Det er simpelthen for dårligt!

Bought a pair of Sovereign tall young rider boots for my daughter, after measuring her leg and going with the size guide I had to return original size due to being too small. Measured her leg again and bought the bigger size thinking they may be too wide going by the measurements, too small!! They are much narrower than the measurements state. Save your money and buy something true to the guide as the returns cost a fortune.

I'd order items from a website that said MOUNTAIN HORSES SALE it had all the logos ect and looked genuinely
NEVER GOT THE ITEMS

When contact them about this they basically said it's not their problem as it was a scan website and they are a where that they have them

So I'm out of pocket so ask yourself this
Does this company really deserve your money ??

I’m from Denmark and we are used to brand like b&o!
BUT!

Have a Question, do you self think it’s okay to sell these with so much color differences in higher inner leg about 1 cm???
For the price of 3000 ddk?
I feel bad treated! refund on 20% but NO guarantees on anything after. 
This is what I got!

Never used.

I would be sorry sending this to a customer and let it be shown to others.
At a price like that!

I bought the slip on boots a few months ago and haven’t worn them very much considering how much I normally wear mine , I bought slips ons for a change to the usual lace up I buy.
The quality is very bad, the shoes let my feet get wet where the rubber has come away from the shoes! I cannot believe the bad quality for the price.
It is very bad.

I agree on the fact that buying from Mountain horse.se on their own website is not to recommended. No information at all when goods are shipped - no reply either reg this matter, when asking customer service.
Normally you get a receipt when you buy something on a website and an information, when the goods are shipped? After contacting customer service I have still no news?No informations either to be found on the website on shipping...
I cant understand why a Swedish brand use a bad German website to sell their brand?

Køber aldrig mere deres produkter og advarer andre. Pia Asklund svarer ikke på mail og kaster bolden videre. Købte Jodpurs støvler og 1/2 år efter var de hullede og helt ødelagte i læderet. Fik bare at vide at de ikke var plejet, hvilket de var. Hvad er garanti værd når det ikke overholdes.

- RETURNS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE - even if you only want to change the size.
- You have to pay the full cost for returns.
- For me, it was almost 30 € for a parcel sent within the same country.
- Website didn't work for returns, so had to make an international call (to e-shop-direct.com in Germany) in order to book my return.
- Many other companies offer free returns or cheap ones. Better to buy from them instead.
- Will never buy from Mountain Horse again.

I bought a pair of boots, where the bag for the boots didn't fit. I wrote to Mountain horse and they sent me a new bag for free. Super service!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The soles fell off of my boots within months of buying them and Pia Asklund from Mountain Horse Sweden absolutely refuses to assist me. GET IT RIGHT MOUNTAIN HORSE.

I have always loved the brand, but the customer service is really slow and bad. Their return procedure is ridiculous, as you don’t get a return label. Now I have to pay 300 dkr to send back a pair of boots.

Quality, delivery and durability. 100% every time!
I have an array of footwear and clothing and I cannot fault the products each and every time.
The Sovereign riding boot range are my firm favorite and certainly worth a look!
I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great equestrain professional brand, great customer service. In their official e-shop you can find sale price and free shipping (order over 799 sek , about 75 €) all over Europe. Definitely recommended
