Today I had the pleasure of Aaron collecting my motorcycle. To say he was brilliant would be an understatement.

This is all due to me buying a bike that I was unfortunately scammed on from Facebook marketplace, as soon as Aaron arrived he noticed the bike and explained the issues, such as it being a CAT N and the VIN being painted over. At this point he could have quite easily just walked away and left me with the bike, however he gave me an out and was open and honest with me throughout. Honestly, he’s a hero !!!!

Applied online with this company to sell a brand new Yamasaki 50cc with 3 miles on the clock. Was brought as a present for his grandson but after a year of it sitting in a garage, the grandson decided he was getting a car instead.

After filling in the application I got a call off one of the female buying team, she asked for details of the bike to which I gave her and she advised she would get back to me with a price? Originally the bike was brought for 2,495.

A day or two went by and they came back with a quote of 1,000 to which we declined as the shop we brought it from offered 1,200, bear in mind the bike had 3 miles in the clock and never been used.

She offered 1,270 to which I accepted, gave her the address and she advised further that someone would get in touch shortly with a collection time and day.

An hour passed and I got a call that the bike would be collected Monday 8/12/2025 and they would ring an hour before etc.

Monday came, received a text saying they were on their way, two guys turned up looked at the bike and said it’s only worth 900, yet the guaranteed price was 1270?

They said that the female buying member, didn’t know nothing about bikes and that they brought one with two chips on their way tank for 800? Bear in mind this bike had 3 miles on the clock, never been used since it came from the garage it was purchased from.

A very appalling company and collections team don’t know what they are talking about as they stated that the bike warranty had ran out to which it hadn’t, and that the bike was 18 months old when it’s only 14 months old? Laughable!!, no communication between collections and purchasing team, the fact that they literally try and rip you off is just appalling and the guaranteed offer they give you has no guarantee to it whatsoever.

From experience I would avoid these like the plague and would advise to either sell privately or go to a garage cause these will dress your bike down to make it less valuable to what it’s worth.

After all anyone can write a good review and make a company look better than it actually is.

Thank you for your response, firstly on a 74 plate bike how is that two yearsold when we are still in 25?

Secondly the bike was never used?

Thirdly if the shop where we purchased the bike from gave us 1200, then my question is why did you undervalue it down to 900?

Initial contact thru website, very quick appraisal by telephone using photos sent.
Picked up by Scott within 2 weeks, would’ve been quicker, I’d been available. Lovely fella, down to earth and unfazed. Even gave me some strepsils for my seasonal flu!!
