Excellent Business

I ordered an anodized red axle nut and was advised by day two after placing the order that the item was out of stock and would be 6 to 8 weeks. That's good business for letting me know. Had a different company who did nothing to let me know a part was out of stock. Took them over 2 months and I had to call them to find out the status of my order.

The guys at the shop were excellent

The guys at the shop were excellent. They got my tires mounted and balanced quickly, and helped out with questions that I had while browsing their extensive inventory. They have a great selection of gear and parts for sportsbike/track guys, and excellent pricing. I'll definitely be going back!

Great transaction

Great transaction. Great pricing. Took a while to update with shipping, but once shipped delivery was fast. Highly recommend for all motorcycle accessory needs!

Never have had issue before

Never have had issue before. However, my package went to the wrong address thank god the person that got it was honest. They brought back to my house.

Second my package was damaged.

We did some digging, and we were able to verify that the package was address to the correct address/address you entered when placing your order. If the package was not delivered to the correct address and was damaged, I would recommend you check with your local post office.

Part advertised as in stock was not - painfully slow delivery

Bought a part that was advertised as in stock. Actually - they weren’t even able to get it. After 3 weeks a difference model part was finally delivered as a replacement. Thank god I didn’t have a race to prep for last month. Revzilla and SBTG are faster and more accurate with available inventory. I will stick with them going forward.
