Very, very slow
My second order took forever to process. Amazon gets stuff to my door in 2 days. I had to call motomummy because they hadn't even processed my order in that same timeframe. Who calls merchants in 2019? It felt as if they take the order and then order it online from someone else, except it takes them several days to just do that.
The first order I had to cancel because they would not allow me to ship to a friend's address. But not after I waited a few days, then emailed them, then waited again with nothing happening, then told them, fine -- just ship it to my house, I'll carry the damn tires over myself. Then waited a few days with nothing happening. Then finally called them to cancel the order because it felt like they were just getting confused and doing nothing with it.

It took longer than expected to receive…
It took longer than expected to receive my Austin Racing exhaust but it was with it. I was kept in the loop and told upfront it was gong to take a few weeks. I’m super happy with the product and the price.
