The new page is among the worst I ever experienced. Spoiler before you even have a chance to start the race.
Please MotoGP REDO or go back to old page.

What have they done? I'm sure they (and their UX people) are sat around saying things like "they will get used to it", but seriously it's the worst user experience I've had for years.
The biggest gripe is not just that you can't find anything, but that it's near impossible to avoid seeing spoilers while trying.
I did discover though that you can get to spoiler free videos (at least on some platforms, in the UK), via this link. .../en/videopass
So, I hope that at least helps someone not have another weekend of racing ruined by this mess of a site.

Oh, and when you're fixing that dorna... please:
- Ban aero
- Ban silly things like ride height devices
- Stop investigating and penalising riders every time they get too near to anybody. It feels to me like you're doing the exact same things that ruined F1 for anybody who wants to see racing where racers aren't told where they can overtake!

Terrible experience. I never know where to click to access spoiler free information. I have to click 10 times to find out what is where and there is nothing intuitive. All garbage.
Videos keep stopping and I have 300mbps download and 500mbps upload.

The Android App and the Google TV app is complete garbage. Only thing that's worse is the customer support. Such a high price for the subscription and then every race weekend is ruined by the software.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The MotoGP website used to work quite well but this new revamp (mid-season!!) is a terrible experience! Loads of features removed including being able to scroll through the race to find important events, and the 'Spoiler Free' section is terrible. They have obviously tried to make the website look cool but it just doesn't work. Please fix it!!

This new format is terrible, impossible to navigate and find the stuff.

The new MotoGP Videopass website is simply bad. It takes more clicks searching to find the video you're looking to watch. When logging in, it is almost certain you'll see the outcome before you can enjoy the race because the "No Spoiler" landing page is too hard to find. This new website reminds me of Windows Vista...it has caused my MotoGP watching experience to flatline rendering my enjoyment "dead on arrival". Bring back the classic MotoGP Videopass plezzzz!

Can't agree more to what have been said previously:
- The week-end schedules has been removed from the homepage and you now need multiple clicks to find it. It was pratical to switch between local and "your time" in a blinck of an eye. The current UI doesn't have enough contrast.
- The spoiler page is a complete nightmare display "best of" instead of "live now" added with the current session title.
- The video player, core business functionality:
- The black layer is simply horrible
- It appears while your are simple adjusting the volume on your portable computer
- 15 sec are too much
- It takes too much to disappear
- The upper part is useless as it hides too much the video and ... it is so frustrating when it displays "undefined" instead of the current session title
- Each week-end has a new bug, today a beautiful grey screen appeared for a few frames ...
- Asking user to remove cookies from their browser? Really? In 2023?
- I'm tired of clicking on the "new beta version" banner each time i visit the website
- The browser session it too short and you need to connect multiple time along the week-end
- At this very moment ... /en/videopass simply displays "label.livevideo.session" and is not interpreted by the website renderer
- Common UI mistake, the website is too zoomed!

I stop here, we had a pretty descent website, fast and running with improvements along the way. We finally had a good statistic page...

For the price of the subscription that clearly went up these last years, this is not acceptable. Believe it or not, but i have been subscribed for 20 years and this is the most horrible revamp ever seen. Like the previous version what they didn't not asked for loyal users to provide with their feedbacks?

I have tried many times to log in to the new website which is impossible. Well you can get into the website but you cannot watch , live races, practice or past races. Every time you try another part of the menu, you get logged. It is hopeless, I have contacted Dorna and all they do is send you links which do not work. It is amazing as well , that it appears they are doing nothing about or gone back to their original working website.
Maybe they don't want us to watch MOTO gp.
A crazy stupid situation where a company is kicking us in the face and we are their paying customers.

The cost of the Videopass is astronomical and then to be faced with a supposed upgraded app that shows the winner of the race before you even watch it is an insult. Then for them to suggest that you can watch it on your phone which is spoiler free. It's outrageous. They don't deserve any customers.

I wish I could rate the new MotoGP website 0 stars, or even negative stars, which is what it deserves. A decent website that most people had figured out and were ok with has been replaced with this disaster.

The new website is truly bad. This is from a CIO with over 40 years of IT experience. I grew up with the Internet and websites. This is some of the worst design I've ever seen. I hope someone sees this and realizes how big a mistake they've made.

All I can say is I did not think anyone could do such a terrible job to a fine platform. Where is no spoiler. It should be a lead choice. Be ashamed.

What's happened to the website? Difficult to navigate, incorrect information. Basically a complete mess. What a disappointment.
Also the replay quality has deteriorated drastically. More like a VHS recording.
I've been a loyal customer for many years. Time to look elsewhere.

Finally made it on to this ‘new’ site and what a disappointment. Dreadful to navigate to the No Spoiler or even to find Live …did anyone check the usability of this awful downgrade ?? Shocking and spoiling the enjoyment of the sport …please simply put ‘Live’ and ‘ No Spoiler ‘ as header options ….get a grip

In the past the MotoGP website was quite good. Now they're 'upgraded' it to a Beta version and it's really bad. It doesn't save login info, the layout is a mess, and many of the previous features have disappeared.
The Apple TV app has also been 'updated' and is now a disaster. I can't watch live races due to work commitments so rely on the no spoiler option which has now disappeared.
Dorna have chosen to take customer payments then half way through the season to remove features for which those customers have already paid.
An absolutely appalling business practice. Never again will I hand over money to this company. The whole episode has soured my interest in MotoGP.

Similar experience than the other comments:
Ticket purchased two weeks a head. Received 12 hours before the race.
Locked out of the account since the purchase.
No answer from the support until the day of the race....

Theses guys are just a total scam and crooks.

Stanno rovinando lo sport , gli stuart comunicano che daranno penalizzazioni e poi non le danno , sono 41 anni che guardo questo sport e siamo nel peggior momento della storia , senza giustizia uguale per tutti si può arrivare anche ad avere dubbi anche di 2 pesi e 2 misure a secondo dei piloti . Vergogna ho la sensazione come tanti che conosco che piano piano non guarderò più la Motogp , vi faccio gli auguri e buona distruzione di questo sport che era bello ....

I just bought tickets from them. The race is in 3 days, I do have to travel to other country and I'm still waiting for 1 E-TICKET!!!!!!!.
I will never get anything from them again.
